I would like to give a special mention to the reception staff, especially Zoi and Theofania, who went above and beyond and gave me and my family excellent service and courteous treatment, both professionally and in terms of information! They were both nice and in fact the best thing in this hotel that makes the guest feel at home. I thank them from the bottom of my heart and I hope that their superiors will pass these words on to them and thank them on my behalf and on behalf of my family! Beyond that, the hotel is nice, but no more than that. There was crazy pressure in the dining room, and after 10 o'clock there is no full supply of all types of food, and there is no possibility of eating outside, and there is a line at the entrance to the dining room, and especially the same food every day in the cafeteria, and there is no variety. The room service staff is courteous and hardworking, and the pool and beach are good, but at the end of the day, Zoi and Theofania were almost the only ray of light in the hotel, and only because of them will I return again!

On the first night we’ve got some kind of a junior suit that wasn’t actually a junior suit, It was much smaller, we had to spend the first night there.. on the second day the manager of the front desk really helped us to switch rooms. Since then everything was pretty amazing.

Few small things that didn't really hurt our overall good experience. We had to use two elevators to get from our room to the pool and backwards every time which was a bit uncomfortable, ask for room in floors 2 to 5 to avoid this. Surprisingly we didn't have an electric outlet near the bed. The restaurant at the hotel was very expensive, the view and service were great, but the food wasn't amazing.

The staff were super nice, welcoming and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The pools are really fun and calm with plenty of sunbeds and good snack and drinks bars. Our room was well equipped, the bed was comfortable with good bathroom.

Not possible to get an invoice. At first we asked in reception, they asked to write in booking, later through booking.com we got message to write an email, we wrote several emails to different email addresses provided and no response.

Fitness is really outdated, whirpool and sauna looks like from 80'. Also gym is equipped just with random machines without any logic, but standard equipment - long bars, bench, weights - is missing (seriously, who would use leg curls AND leg extension while there is no bar for squats).

Breakfast was really good, with possibility to eat outside in the pool area. Selection of fresh fuits, standard english breakfast, sweets table, assorted pastry.

The room was dated and the "king bed" was two poorly fitted singles. Pool was cold! The local bus service is infrequent, overloaded and poor.

Room and furniture looked used and dated, wooden floors looked especially worn and stained. Cleanliness was also not the best, few stains on towels and sheets. Table had greasy spots and didn’t seemed clean. Service at Knight’s Bar was terrible - one evening I ordered a pasta and waited 35 minutes, only to find out they had forgotten the order. I ended up going into town for a meal instead that night. The staff at that bar didn’t seem to care much about clients. Location is ok, but not in walking distance of Rhodes town - be prepared to have some waiting time for taxis. I stayed in this hotel also in 2022 and that was a better experience.

Pool areas are great, no problem to find a sun chair. Facilities are generally good and mini supermarket on location is nice. L’Onda and Thea restaurants have great food and amazing views of the bay. Room was spacious with a balcony overlooking pool area and sea. Good bathroom, with a spacious shower. Bed was very comfortable and pillows were good.

The day we arrived and wanted to take a shower, there were no shampoo and conditioner in there.. Also they didn’t change our hand towels daily which we kind of expected. Also the fact that you can’t have towels for the pool before 10am was kind of annoying cause we couldn’t go to the pool before 10am

First day was surprise of the clean room. I found clean equipment in my room behind behind my bed. For 5 stars hotel this should never happen and I think it wasn't a check of clean room.

The live entertainment. I felt it cheapened the hotel experience; it made it feel like a package holiday rather than an upmarket hotel experience. My room was very near the main area for entertainment, and I was kept awake until 11 pm many nights. I am a keen gym goer and found the gym excellent, although I would have loved to see a barbell set and a rowing machine. One of the main machines for weights was broken, be great if they could fix these things.

Loved the proximity to the beach. Enjoyed all the facilities.

Housekeeping was not five star…room was not cleaned as it should be at a five star. Bedding was comfortable but pillows too soft and low quality. Room is dated and should be redone. A bit Overpriced.

Great location, with proximity to beach and 10 minutes taxi/bus to Rhodes City. The hotel has nice pools and good restaurants. The terrace bar in the evening with the live music was a pleasant surprise. Buffet breakfast is good as well as buffet dinner.

Hotel is old, our room was in very end of the hotel, some maintenance done to the room, but to be honest it still had a TV ffrom 2000's and radio from 199..'s. Two elevators needed to make it too pool, took a really long time as they where crouded all the time

The choice of salad wasn’t too great. And no spread of soft cheese variety. But other than that was good. Internet wasn’t working at times very smoothly. But not too bad.
