I absolutely loved everything about the property — the room was incredibly beautiful, the view was amazing, and the Yiannis and Cindy were unbelievably kind and helpful. It truly exceeded my expectations.

There was nothing to complain about. We liked everything.

Firstly, Owners are so kind and friendly, view is very nice, balcony is very usefull and room was always clean. We will come again definitely.

There is no reason not to like it.

Although we checked in late in the evening, we were welcomed very warmly and sincerely. We were even asked if we needed anything before going to the hotel. The view we woke up in the morning was very pleasant. The room was comfortable and spacious. There is a beach right in front of it and the sea is very clean. Everything was thought of in the kitchen. There was also internet and smart TV. During the day, we went to the market on foot, but when we contacted the hotel at the point where we could not find a taxi for the city center, they said that we were coming immediately, and they took us to the city center and our belongings to our room. The things that needed to be put in the refrigerator were placed in the refrigerator. They took care of us immediately when we needed something. A hotel run by a very sweet couple. If we go again, we will stay in the same place 🤗 we were between two hotels, good thing we chose you 🧡 even on the last day, they left us where we wanted and gave us small gifts ☺️

Perfect location, superb apartment.

Great location with direct access to the beach. Just a short walk to the town with cafes and restaurants. The room was clean with a view of the sea. The owners were amazing. Such kind people. They live just next door and invited us over to sit in their garden and talk about spots to visit on the island. They also included some bottled water, beer and coffee with the room. Overall great experience.

The room was big, clean and having a nice sea view. The room has everything we need.

A super run appartment on the end of Karfas beach..... Everything was super with lovely hosts who we also sat and talked to like freinds. Cindy and Yannis are a really nice couple who like to talk and help you. The appartment was spotless clean with a lovely view of the sea. For a couple who like peace and quiet this is 100% for you.

The view was amazing, it was a very peaceful place. The apartments belong to a lovely couple. They were very helpful and kind. The room was clean and cozy. It has everything you need.

It was a perfect apartment with a great sea view, clean and there was everything you need for a summer holiday. Because of being an apartment I was not expecting house clean but it was and it was also good. Balcony was very good with table and umbrella. Also huge full windows can be closed with automatic shutters. Mosquito net was a plus for us. You will be getting a service of 2-3 stars hotel from an apartment (with towels, house cleaning, espresso machine with with coffee capcules...) Cindy and her husband were great hosts, it was quite nice to sit and chat with them. If I will be going Chios again, it will be my address again. Hotel is in Karfa which I have found better than Chios Center. Chios Center is crowded and not good for swimming. Karfa sea was good but for me it is too shallow. It would be better for families with children. But I can say there are lots of good beaches nearby if you have a car and lots of good places to eat also. It is also really close to Chios center to find whatever you need in Chios.

Can't fault it.

Loved the owners, loved the apartment, it is so clean, beautifully decırated with greates view and so peaceful. The place is close to Karfas beach and cafes&tavernas.

We received a very warm welcome, and was invited for a coffee with Cindy and Yannis, and had a great conversation. The apartment has a breathtaking view and a perfect, tranquil location. Chios city is just 10 away by car, and the whole island is a paradise.

The place was great. Everything you need can be found in the room such as kitchen equipments, towels, hair dryer an so on. Cindy and Yiannis are also so kind, if you need anything you can easily reach out. Hope, we'll visit again soon this picturesque views... ✌🏻

I wish we could swim in front of the hotel but there were lots of sea-weed however Karfas Beach is very close by.
