One thing that could put people off is the short but steep hill leading from the property to the main road. It's no big deal if you are fit but keep in mind if you are a fatty.

Very nice, helpful owners. Great location for Kavos and Lee beach with access to Kavos beach road via the back of the property. Clean and tidy, free a/c and bigger room compared to others I have stayed in Pefkos. Would definitely visit again in the future.

Nothing at all to dislike! Not a single thing could be faulted. We loved staying with such wonderful hosts in a fantastic apartment in a beautiful location.

Everything! Absolutely perfect in every way. Teleios! Mika and her husband are amazing hosts. The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious, with everything anyone could possibly need. Lovely location to both Kavos and Lee Beach, the main Pefkos strip etc. Would I stay again? Yes I would in a heartbeat! Loved it so much. If you are reading this review and wondering if you should book, I would suggest just do it, you will love it too Thank you so much Mika and Joesph for looking after us so well, being so friendly and welcoming - you made our holiday very special x.

It was spotless clean, had everything we need, a fantastic fully equipped kitchen, huge balcony with sea view and a extremely comfortable bed! Of course the host was also super nice, very helpful and available for any questions and enquiries.

For me only downside was the stability/speed of wifi connection. If you are coming for full-remote work, pls consider alternative connection because on some of the Google Meet / Zoom calls I had stability issues so I switched to GSM hotspot.

The only thing that I could think of is the bed hardness. It is a normal sized mattress on a box bed (without the special wood planks underneath the mattress). It wasn't a bother at first but after a few nights it started to be anoying.

The location is perfect. Close to the beach, but not to close to the bars to be disturbed. The hosts were very nice and polite, cleaning every other day so the studio was clean. The room itself was quite big and had all the items you would need.

Peace and quiet. Spacious accommodation run by a delightful family who are extremely welcoming and friendly. Studio was well equipped, comfortable and spotlessly clean.

Everything was wonderful.

A wonderful quiet place to relax. Wonderful hosts who are always in touch and ready to help. Each room has a dedicated parking space with a canopy. The rooms have a large balcony and a spacious bathroom. Beaches, shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Amazing place.. Such warm hosts.. Helping us to have an even more enjoyable stay.. The location is perfectly situated for the Acropolis and halfway between Monolithos and Rhodes Town..Exceptionally clean and they even helped us no end when we had an issue with our hire car.. Next time we are in Rhodes, we will definitely be back.

While the apartment was great, one downside was that it's a bit of a hike to the beach with some steep steps, which might be challenging for some.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It was incredibly spacious, the balcony was generous in size, and the view was absolutely stunning. The well-equipped kitchen was a bonus. Despite the distance from the center, it was convenient to have a supermarket and a lovely restaurant nearby. Highly satisfied with my experience!

We could have stayed longer 😁

Over the years I have stayed in 15 or 16 different studios in Pefkos and Sifis studios is by far the very best. We were met by the owner and warmly welcomed . We had an allocated parking space which was covered so provided shade for our car. The accommodation itself was exceptionally clean, spacious and well equipped. A welcome gift of fruit, wine and water had been provided in the fridge. The area was peaceful and quiet with relatively easy access to two beaches and only a few minutes walk to supermarkets and tavernas. Wi-Fi was excellent and reliable. Altogether we had a wonderful stay here with a lovely family. Would return without hesitation.

The apartment was everything you could wish for.The apartment was a decent size,the balcony had a lovely view of the sea,kitchen had everything you would need including a fridge,freezer,cooker,toaster and kettle plus more.There were also the little things like tea towels washing up liquid etc.The owners were friendly and helpful.Would definitely stay again

If you scroll back to July ‘22, you’ll see that I said we’d stay again. Well, this year, we could not wait to return to the best accommodation and location we have stayed and, once again, had an amazing time. I’ve already described in my previous review about the spacious room, the cleanliness, the modern and fresh feel about the place, the regular cleaning and changing of fluffy towels and bed linen, generous and thoughtful cooking facilities, incredible view from the balcony which stays cool during the day ( I loved waking up, going out on the balcony first thing in the morning and admiring the views of the mountains; the sea and gardens) etc..But this time, even with the devastating fires, we had the opportunity to experience the ❤️ of Rhodes: the safety we felt and how well we were looked after by the wonderful family at Sifis studios , even during the most challenging of times, was a real eye opener and an experience that will stay with me forever. A truly incredible, honest and warm place to stay. We feel blessed and honoured to have discovered this gem and will always return. We have booked again for July 2024 and know we will have the best holiday xx

Lack of extra paper products in the bathroom/room (toilet paper, facial tissue, etc), low lighting in bathroom, not having a broom or other type cleaning supplies available in between service visits from staff. An electric fan would have been nice to have as well if you're not wanting the air conditioning on, but not enough air is coming through the screened patio door.

Large, spacious roo, kitchenette, fresh fruit in room upon arrival, storage, fabulous water pressure, private balcony and the views from the balcony!

There was nothing we did not like.

The accommodation was perfect, we had everything we needed to spend a beautiful holiday in Rhodes. The hosts are very nice and always willing to help. The room was clean, well equipped and the sea view was perfect. There are two beaches close to the Studios (we preferred Kavos beach). Restaurants and shops were within walking distance from the Studios. We really enjoyed our stay at Sifis Studios.
