Stairs to the bedroom were quite dangerous and one of the steps looks like it's about to come off anytime. Also it's a little noisy during the day because of the road next to the guest house but rooms are with good insulation - all in all not a dealbreaker. I have to say I am used to noisy areas so that is something to be factored in.

Stayed for 4 night with a friend in the Studio Split-Level. Everything was amazing and exceeded expectations! Breakfast was very good with fresh ingredients each morning. Rooms are being cleaned and tended well every day, as well as all facilities on site. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. There are a few friendly cats, as well. :) It's obvious that the place was build and is maintained with a lot of care and attention to details! Overall - comfortable and sufficient for the perfect relaxing holiday!

Black outs, BUT thats not the hotels fault. Its the power company. We had 3 black outs in 1 week, with the longest around 2hrs.

Great and friendly hospitality. Staff really made us feel like home. Quiet atmosphere around the swimming pools. Fun events like friday night karaoke, and they even had a miss halkidiki event, which was fun to watch. Breakfast was more than to expect in greece. Warm dishes and a ok selection to choose from. Our room was of a ok size for 2 adults and 2 kids. Good kitchen apparel, so you can cook your dinners at home if you like.

Each apartment uses solar panels, but after a certain hour there’s no hot water. I had to shower with cold water, even with two small children. The administrator was reluctant to admit the issue and only temporarily switched to electric heating. After a day at the beach, a hot shower should be the minimum. The location is average, and the price does not match the quality provided.

A couple of things to note: the breakfast, while decent, was exactly the same each morning. On top of that, some items would often run out, and we had to wait for them to be replenished. A bit more variety and faster restocking would really improve the experience. Also, we noticed that after room cleaning, the door was left unlocked every time. It’s something the housekeeping team should be more careful about. Overall, a good stay with great service — just a few small areas for improvement.

We had a pleasant stay overall. The staff were very helpful and welcoming, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The facilities are new, modern, and very clean, which made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

It was our second time staying in Simon King, this time in a split-level 2 bedroom - 2 bathroom apartment next to the small pool. The apartment looked exactly as in the photos, was well cleaned upon check-in and later too. A little bit outdated design but was totally okay for our stay. Mosquito nets were on the windows and A/C in the living room and one of the bedrooms. Breakfast was provided every day next to the large pool area in a nice terrace. We found it great, had a good selection of everything, even for vegetarians. Check-in and check-out was easy, there was also private parking. The housekeeping staff is amazing, very kind ladies. The location is great to discover the beaches of Sithonia. We hope to come back again!

I liked the choice of details in the rooms, the dining area and the pool. Everything is done with a lot of style and desire. The water in the large pool was warm and pleasant for swimming. The children had a lot of fun. At the water bar they prepared nice cocktails and refreshing drinks for us. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The rooms have a sea view. We had a wonderful stay at Simon King Hotel in Vourvourou! The hotel's aesthetic and design are stunning, with a beautiful blend of wood and steel that gives off a unique African vibe, which we loved. The beds were big, comfortable, and perfect for a restful night's sleep. The pool was also great and long enough to swim. Margaritas at pool bar were perfectly made. The location is ideal for exploring Vourvourou, as you’ll always need a car to reach the best beaches. Karidi Beach closest was just a short drive away. Orma Beach was also easily accessible, about a 10-minute car ride. We had a great time, highly recommend it. Thank you!

The mobile coverage in the area is bad, which is not a host's responsibility. However, the wi-fi signal in the apartment was also very low and we could have used some entertainment in the bad weather as we were stuck in the apartment

Problem with cleanliness both in the apartment and outside. The bathroom was dirty. All kitchenware had food remnants on them. Disgusting. Even though cleaners would "clean" every day. Problem with noise and "quiet hours"...if you want to rest, this place is not for you. Owners don't seem to care much about all the above or other issues.

The noise from the cars at the main road. The noise when our neighbour was using the water, shower, generally you can hear your neighbour’s noises from their bathroom. Price per night was also a bit high.

Great pool and access to nearby beaches. The pools are clean and very kids friendly as it is around 1.5-1.7 meters deep. The rooms are comfortable and clean. There is parking for the cars and the place is easy to find. Overall a very enjoyable staying that I can recommend.

Stairs are disaster,every time you climb you need to be extra careful as they are supper pointy so you can hurt your head if not watching.

Rooms look good and have space. Pool is great and there is nothing specific to complain about. Overall a very very nice place to stay.

Awful service. The staff was so bored! It was very dirty. Everything in the room was falling apart. Even the front door was broken. Thе toilet was broken too...Very bad place!!!
