No real vegan options at breakfast. Wifi wasn't the best.

Clean, big enough room with a balcony and nice view of the hills. Good location, close to the beach. The staff is super nice and helpful! Good breakfast, although could be improved with vegan options (plant milk).

Getting to the hotel from the airport we had to take a taxi because we arrived in the afternoon and buses are not frequent or reliable at that time but that’s just Zakynthos in general not the hotels fault.

The hotel had a great relaxed atmosphere perfect for some peace and quiet and relaxation. Very nice pool area open till late with pleasant music playing. Very close to the beach, we walked all the way along the beach from there to Laganas and back. Great breakfast with plenty of choices. We took the local bus to zakynthos town centre in the morning.

Common areas and dining areas are not air-conditioned. Didn't even have fans. No tea and coffee-making facilities. Had to pay for really bad tea and coffee in dining room. Dinners were a bit hit and miss. No shampoo, conditioner, body wash, or tissues provided. The shower is cramped. Towels have seen better days. No brochures or assistance with booking tours.

The staff were friendly. The pool was great with enough sunbeds and umbrellas. Adults only.

It was fine for my two days . If I had stayed longer I would have rented a car cause I wasn’t overly keen on the area . There are more beautiful beaches else where on the island .

Breakfast was ok , I don’t really do breakfast early though would have preferred more fruit selection . dinner very good value . The pool area was really lovely . Just what I needed for just a relaxing time for two days .I stayed two nights in two different rooms standard and a suite . My suite room was definitely nicer , very comfy and had a lovely balcony .

The changing shower for late departures was very small hard to get changed in as no door on the shower which meant the room was soaking wet while trying to change into going home clothes

An extremely old-fashioned bathroom, which is probably why there are no pictures posted. When we arrived, the receptionist said he had no information about our www.booking.com reservation for two nights. Later, when another employee came to the reception, the problem was solved. In addition, we had to pay the city tax.

*I thought I can drink from the tap water haha good thing the staff sale small water battles even at night. *Mosquitos outside, the staff was nice enough to give me Fenistil gel. Good thing, in room it cant come in, windows has nets. I heared buses doesnt come on time, so just consider that.

The staff, the design, the location, the green area, the trees, the view, hearing the birds, the morning greek music, near to bus station to the city centre (u can pay onöy with cash on bus), beach is very close, the local are very helpful, small markets near by. The mostly speak English.

Noise from the airport might be distructing for somebody.

The room we stayed in was spacious and cozy, providing a comfortable environment throughout our stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always willing to assist with any requests or questions we had. We particularly enjoyed the pool area, which was incredibly relaxing and a perfect spot to unwind. Additionally, our room was cleaned meticulously every day, ensuring a pleasant and tidy atmosphere. The convenience of free parking was an added bonus, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding area. Bathroom was big and new. Furthermore, the beach was only a short five-minute walk away, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful coastline with ease.

There's nothing I didn't like, the only thing I would like to see is more variety of fruit at breakfast.

This hotel has such a chilled relaxed atmosphere. The staff are its biggest asset they are so friendly and helpful. The location is great just a few minutes walk to town or the beach. The pool and bar area is great.

The room I booked looked nothing like the pictures in Booking. When you book based on the pictures you expect a nice bathroom, however it was dated, very small, mouldy tiles and rusty shower head. I complained about it and the receptionist advised that all bathrooms are the same but if I wanted to upgrade the lady who is responsible for the reservations will be available tomorrow as we checked in quite late (21:00) due to an evening flight. There was no mention about changing room in the morning. Really bad WiFi reception. The thing which annoyed me the most was that despite booking a hotel room I was advised that shampoo and shower gel were not provided in standard rooms. I didn't book a studio and found this completely unacceptable. The receipt I received for using the bar in the pool area had on the back details of another guest, the hotel was reusing the paper however this was breach of confidentiality, but I also saw the rate they received for similar dates was much lower for what we paid. No place to hang wet clothes, you need to leave them on the railing An argument broke between catering staff and bar staff at some point one day, which I found very unprofessional to occur in front of guests

Majority of staff are an asset to the business. The exterior of the hotel including the pool and reception area are superb. The hotel is quiet and provides information in terms of visiting different places. Short walk to the beach and main road

The attitude of the staff and the owner is EXTREMELY rude. As we didnt have the chance to have breakfast the next morning,we asked from the staff if we can have dinner instead...They accepted... There were only left overs in the salad bar, but as we were super tired and couldnt walk somewhere else in the city, we decided to eat in the hotel..When we were eating, the hotel manager came to our table and accused us for sneaking into dinner without paying...we explained 3 times, but still he was so rude, so we left the dinner before finishing, but yet paying...we are travellers...Have been to many countries and stayed in many hotels...Have NEVER seen such a HORRIBLE attitude...WE FELT VERY UNCONFORTABLE AND FRUSTRATED DURING OUR STAY WHICH IS UNACCEPTABLE FOR A HOTEL...
