Love this hotel friendly staff and very clean.

Love the cleanliness, chilled vibe and not having to fight for sun beds they were available anytime of the day I wanted to use them.

Clean, big enough room with a balcony and nice view of the hills. Good location, close to the beach. The staff is super nice and helpful! Good breakfast, although could be improved with vegan options (plant milk).

No real vegan options at breakfast. Wifi wasn't the best.

The hotel had a great relaxed atmosphere perfect for some peace and quiet and relaxation. Very nice pool area open till late with pleasant music playing. Very close to the beach, we walked all the way along the beach from there to Laganas and back. Great breakfast with plenty of choices. We took the local bus to zakynthos town centre in the morning.

Getting to the hotel from the airport we had to take a taxi because we arrived in the afternoon and buses are not frequent or reliable at that time but that’s just Zakynthos in general not the hotels fault.

Decent hotel, the room was cozy. The location is convenient.

The breakfast was bad and the room could have been cleaner.

The pool

The staff, the design, the location, the green area, the trees, the view, hearing the birds, the morning greek music, near to bus station to the city centre (u can pay onöy with cash on bus), beach is very close, the local are very helpful, small markets near by. The mostly speak English.

*I thought I can drink from the tap water haha good thing the staff sale small water battles even at night. *Mosquitos outside, the staff was nice enough to give me Fenistil gel. Good thing, in room it cant come in, windows has nets. I heared buses doesnt come on time, so just consider that.

The staff were friendly. The pool was great with enough sunbeds and umbrellas. Adults only.

Common areas and dining areas are not air-conditioned. Didn't even have fans. No tea and coffee-making facilities. Had to pay for really bad tea and coffee in dining room. Dinners were a bit hit and miss. No shampoo, conditioner, body wash, or tissues provided. The shower is cramped. Towels have seen better days. No brochures or assistance with booking tours.

Breakfast was ok , I don’t really do breakfast early though would have preferred more fruit selection . dinner very good value . The pool area was really lovely . Just what I needed for just a relaxing time for two days .I stayed two nights in two different rooms standard and a suite . My suite room was definitely nicer , very comfy and had a lovely balcony .

It was fine for my two days . If I had stayed longer I would have rented a car cause I wasn’t overly keen on the area . There are more beautiful beaches else where on the island .

Friendly staff, very clean, nice modern rooms, nice pool area and reasonably priced food and drink

The changing shower for late departures was very small hard to get changed in as no door on the shower which meant the room was soaking wet while trying to change into going home clothes

The room we stayed in was spacious and cozy, providing a comfortable environment throughout our stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always willing to assist with any requests or questions we had. We particularly enjoyed the pool area, which was incredibly relaxing and a perfect spot to unwind. Additionally, our room was cleaned meticulously every day, ensuring a pleasant and tidy atmosphere. The convenience of free parking was an added bonus, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding area. Bathroom was big and new. Furthermore, the beach was only a short five-minute walk away, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful coastline with ease.

Noise from the airport might be distructing for somebody.

This hotel has such a chilled relaxed atmosphere. The staff are its biggest asset they are so friendly and helpful. The location is great just a few minutes walk to town or the beach. The pool and bar area is great.

There's nothing I didn't like, the only thing I would like to see is more variety of fruit at breakfast.
