Good location

The facilities, the comfort and not suitable for family

Nice location - approx. 20 min walk from the main bus station. Also, the owner was very responsive and polite. The view from the balcony while eating delicious breakfast was absolutely stunning. The room was cleaned everyday.

There could be more toiletries like shampoo or shower gel.

Peaceful, excellent location, away from crowds but just a minute's walk from restaurants and shops. Right on the cliff top walk towards Oia or Fira. Felt private, but close to path. Great breakfast and wonderful hosts- could not have been more helpful, arranging late-night transfer from airport and driving us himself to bus station, and asking if we needed anything. Thank you for our stay! We hope to return.

It was all wonderful from start to finish

Our host was very friendly and accomodating. He brought us breakfast each morning - delicious and we felt very well looked after. It is a good location, close to the cliff with good photo spots nearby. 20-30 minutes walk from Fira bus station.

The mattress was clean but not the most comfy

They knocked on the door at the exact time we agreed on with hot, home-cooked breakfast. The host is very responsive and always available for any questions. Location is very central with great view

Friendly and accommodating staff, great location- especially if you don’t have a vehicle, clean premises + nice terrace.

Apartment is not 2 bedroom but two rooms therefore not suitable for two couples (this should change in booking description), also it has air conditioning only in one room and access to the bathroom only from the one room (wasn’t really clear in the pictures). Terrace without view although it indicates otherwise. Breakfast after 3rd day was dull since it was the same everyday. I would like to have some variety. Not really vfm overall.

Charming and quaint located in the perfect spot over looking to caldera. A short 5 min walk to all the action with no noise. Two sea view verandas. Comfy bed. A place to dry washing and the most charming hosts that make an outstanding breakfast that will fuel your day

It was comfortable.. nothing to complain about

Great Location if you are staying at Fira. The landlord is super cool, flexible and understanding! We enjoyed the breakfast as well.

View is slightly limited but every room has a balcony!

The location is Amazing. Just a walk to fira, main square or Imerovigli in both directions. The hosts are very welcoming and guided us on where to visit Santorini. They also help in arranging transfers and guide you to things to do in Santorini. They made special breakfast for us since we were vegetarian and the taste was awesome. If you are looking for a place on a budget with great views and close to the center, then this is the perfect place to stay.

Lovely hosts - really nice people!

Very good location - quiet end of street - but close to square and beautiful walking paths (caldera) along coast in both directions - imerovigli - Oia - near to restaurants and fira centre 15 minutes walk. Nicely furnished balcony and views on both sides. Nice bright room, sun facing. Friendly, helpful hosts.

Nothing to dislike!

The breakfast was good, quite nice, actually...it was delivered by the Proprieter's wife - She had a kind soul. However, the husband Proprieter did not - not at all.

1. I accidently booked the incorrect 2 days there. 2. Booking.com suggested I call or email the Proprieter. 3. I emailed the Proprieter that I had accidently booked the wrong 2 days, but IF HE would allow me the credit for the paid amount for 2 days, instead I wanted to book 3 days - therefore an extra day for the property. 4. The Proprieter agreed to this via email - and I thanked his graciousness. 5. Next, he emailed me to say that there would be No Credit - saying he had misunderstood. 6. Then, he called me by phone to say to just come to the property, and he would work things out fairly on this matter. 7. When I arrived, I asked him for an appointment time to discuss the matter. He was evasive about giving me a day & time. 8. Next, I asked him IF we could discuss this right away. He merely said, There will be No CashCredit. He wants to charge me over $700 (includes 2 nights error)for 3 nights stay which was $468 - highly excessive!! This is a bait&switch man who is consumed by Pure Greed. 9. Thereafter, he sent his wife only to my room, trying to offer me a business card, hand-written, unsanctioned by Booking.com, for free-stay next visit...I hadn't been to Greece in 20 yrs. 10. RUN - do not walk - Away from this Man's Smarula Villa IF you value your hard-earned money.

The location and super friendly owners. Very helpful and kind. We had the big ground floor room, 2 bedrooms and private big balcony. Breakfast was lovely and fridge well stocked with water and sometimes a lovely bottle of wine which was a treat :-)

The view was disappointing as you look at air vents from the next door building. Some plants would be a good addition to make the view nicer. And maybe a proper plunge pool rather than a blow up one. The shower could do with a hook on the wall so you didn’t have hold the shower head.
