Love Sofia’s it’s a very friendly relaxing family oriented place to be

Don’t like that there no shower curtain/screen but I know a lot of Greek hotels are the same

They are nice and close to the shop

About halfway through the day, the pool is closed and you are not allowed to use it from then on. The rooms are terribly small. The shower head splashed all over the place with water running all the time in the bathroom. Uncomfortable very bad bed and pillows. The air conditioning is either on or off but the temperature cannot be adjusted. It smells so moldy that everyone in the family got sick. Pool bar menu good choice and value for money, plenty of sunbeds. Clean pool, staff very nice and happy. Comfy beds and pillows, plenty of lights in room

Salty water in room, not the best air con, having to keep turning it on again, towels not changed enough

the staff were great, especially the receptionist, she was very welcoming, kind and caring!! the pool area was kept tidy, rooms were tidied daily, the supermarket was very convenient. overall our stay was amazing and i enjoyed it!!!

only thing i would say is the bed was a little uncomfortable and the shower was quite messy but i would definitely stay here again either way.

Very comfortable, lovely staff, good facilities, great position in Kalamaki. Highly recommended.

I have been traveling for over 10 years and never in my life have I seen such uncomfortable and rude service as I had at this place, not to mention that they do not inform you about the air conditioning fee that they charge, an absurd thing that I have never seen, charging to turn on the air conditioning, and they do this on purpose because they do not inform you about this fee and when you make the reservation you cannot cancel because they do not refund and send you saying that they charge this fee after the reservation has been made, and they do not inform you at all when we ask about it in the chat, the worst place I have ever stayed, the girl at the reception is super grumpy and rude, I do not recommend a place like this to anyone, not to mention the bathroom that looks like the bathroom of an abandoned and old place, and they don't change towels for 3 days, I never thought I would go through what I went through in this dump, and a filthy, rusty face towel

Staff very helpful Apartment basic but very clean

Pool was cold in September but the hot weather did not seem to warm it up

Good location friendly staff and the hotel was clean but rooms a little dated

Room a little dated and bed was very low

Lovely staff and was helpful every time, excellent location great bar Lovely food, cats visited us every day 😀
