Oh my God! The view was outstanding and it felt surreal! When I opened the balcony door I couldn’t believe how beautiful it was.😍 The room was nice and clean. It was peaceful and the apartments garden was beautiful as well.

The hill leading to the property, but without the hill you wouldn’t have the wonderful views! just hire yourselves a car, quad bike or scooter , no more hill to climb!

Could not fault this property has everything you can think of and the views of the sea and surrounding areas are absolutely stunning!! stayed as a solo traveler for nearly a month and honestly the nicest place I have ever stayed in zakynthos 🩵 Athena is the most genuine person I have ever met nothing was too much trouble she made sure everything was perfect, room was literally cleaned every second day of my stay and I felt so safe!! Will definitely be staying here again 100%

Please beware: the hotel is high up the hill and there is a *very* steep slope you have to climb on your way there. If you travel without a vehicle, you need to be aware of this, especially if you have heavy suitcases. It is also not too near the local bus stop, so I'd recommend taking a cab, even from Tsilivi bus stop, if you are not with a car. I believe the hosts are very mindful of that, which is why they offered me a lift. Other than that, fine. I think they could consider updating the kitchen utensils - these are few and they look old and dusted, even if they may not be. Some coffee, tea and sugar in the room would be greatly appreciated, not least because you have to take down and up again that slope in order to reach the nearest mini market.

As others have said, this hotel gives you stunning views from the balcony (Tsilivi beach) and I was lucky to be given one of the top floor hotels. It is only 5 mins walk to the beach via a pathway and fairly near the main town with all its cafes, restaurants, bars, shops. The hosts very kindly offered to give me a lift from Zakynthos town's bus station and were very friendly all the way through. They were very quick to respond to any queries or requests for recommendations while communicating via Booking.com chat messenger and they did their best to find the best way for me to travel from Zalynthos to Kefalonia, which was my next stop. I will definitely try booking with them again when I visit the island again.

An unforgettable stay in Zakynthos! Sofos Apartments is truly one of the best places to stay on the island. The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking — peaceful, relaxing, and perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening sunset. The entire apartment was spotless, and the surrounding area was very clean and well maintained. It felt quiet, safe, and welcoming. What made the experience even more special was the incredibly friendly and helpful owner. She was so welcoming and took the time to explain everything about the area. The location is ideal for exploring the island, but also perfect if you just want to unwind and enjoy holiday. Highly recommended — we would definitely come back!

Booked for my parents for our wedding as we had stayed here previously. Again, amazing stay, lovely, traditional feeling. Wonderful views with beach and shops close by. The host, Athena, is a lovely lady and nothing is too much trouble, so helpful.

Absolutely nothing to dislike.

Far the best view we have ever seen. Athina is the kindest person we have ever met. The room got cleaned all week and She taken care of our personal needs during the cleaning. If you like cats, this will be your heaven cuz all the cats are adorable. Absolutely feel like home. 100% sure to be back as soon as possible. Thank you Athina and Sofos for the best holiday of our life. ❤️

Rooms are simple, but the view from the balcony is stunning!! The whole complex looks amazing, the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. It's close to the beach and the little town with shops and restaurants. They gave us beach towels and cleaned our room every other day. Would definitely go again 😁

For those who is not sporty enough a little walk up the hill in the heat might be a little bit challenging but it’s worth it!!!

I liked absolutely everything! The location, the property itself (it has a very nice garden and hammocks), and, cherry on top, the view is breathtaking! The room is very simple, but super clean and spacious. It has an amazing sea resort vibe. Bathroom is clean. I’d definitely come back to Sofos Apartments. It made my first time in Zakynthos unforgettable!

Amazing sea view from the apartment. Really clean and comfortable ,helpful and friendly staff. Shops , tavernas and the beach in walking distance. Beautiful garden and terrace with sea view. Parking spots available .Good WiFi connection. Enjoyed the stay a lot at Sofos Apartments. Good value for money. Will choose again Sofos Apartments when will return to Zakynthos.

What a beautiful view to wake up to in the morning! I loved the outside balcony. Lots of gorgeous friendly cats around. The host Athina was so lovely and helpful, she even collected me from the airport. There was a beautiful area to sit / read /use the hammock in the garden. Facilities were basic but it was all that I needed. About a ten minute walk into the main part of town and roughly the same to get to the beach. This place had such a beautiful family feel to it.

I cannot expect a better place than Sofos!! Stunning and breathtaking views and the hosts are super kind they picked me up and also drove me to the airport!the days I stayed in Sofos were the best memories of Zaykinthos, therapeutic experiences!

Perfect accommodation with a great view from the balcony. We spent our honeymoon here, and we found a bottle of champagne and sweets to welcome us 🍾 It is very clean ( cleaning is in every two days ). There is a yard where you can also spend calm time and enjoy in sunset. I have to praise our host. She is very kind and helpful. She was helping us with everything that we needed. Location is quite near to the beach and town, but the hill is steep- lots of climbing. Totally worth it, but need some stamina.

I highly recommend this place. The rooms have a wonderful view of the sea and olive trees. You can watch sunrises and sunsets from the balcony. The surroundings of the hotel look magical, the area is carefully and creatively decorated. There is an olive grove, vines, tables and chairs. It's just a little Greece. The room is big, well equipped and very nice. Cleaned every other day. An additional convenience is the possibility of transfer to and from the airport. The owner Athina is an incredibly warm and very helpful person. Staying here was a truly amazing experience and I will definitely come back. Thank you very much for everything and for your wonderful hospitality!
