Please allow us to clarify that our omelets are prepared exclusively with fresh eggs and virgin olive oil—we never use any form of butter. That said, we regret that the texture was not to your liking, and we will review this with our kitchen team to ensure consistency. Your suggestions regarding more sustainable packaging, a wider evening menu selection, and fruit presentation are all well taken and will be discussed as we continue improving our offerings... We’d also like to highlight that Vouliagmeni is most definitely a romantic destination. With its scenic beachfront, natural beauty, charming promenades, excellent restaurants, and sunsets that are truly unforgettable, it offers a perfect backdrop for a couple’s getaway.
