I must have got the day use room that fell short of expectations—broken TV, exposed wires on the iron, a useless ironing board, non-working safe, and a rustic feel that missed the mark on luxury. Although the view sells it the rooms was below par. Kettle provided but charges 5 euros for water! Door locks not good. Tired and worn lounge mattress' and furniture.

Excellent stay with views galore! Can not fault location and views with shops and food a short walk away. Hotel in room food and breakfast was excellent.

We loved our week at Sophia Privilege Imerovigli. The house/suite is wonderful and special, cool and beautiful architecture, with probably the best view on the whole island! To look out over the caldera and the blue domes is priceless and amazing! We loved almost everything - it’s as amazing as on the pictures. The roof terrace and the plunge pool was great - and the little terrace at the ground level too. Everything was almost as we wished. What makes us give nine instead of ten is that there were a lot of professional photographers - as well as tourists - walking in through our gate at ground level, but also out on our little roof next to the pool and roof terrace several times a day. This happened even if we were outside and disturbed our privacy. The hotel manager said that it wasn’t allowed - but people didn’t care about the rules. We said that it would be best for future guests if they put up some “privacy signs”, both at the gate and on the roof. Hopefully they do.

The jacuzzi wasn’t warm all the time. The second room was not provided with quilt , so was cold for kids in the night.

We paid a lot of money for this room for a heated private indoor pool and outdoor heated spa. When we arrived both were cold and could not use. It wasn’t until the next day that the spa was warm enough to use. The pool remained very cool the whole time. For the money we paid I was very disappointed. The view made it a little better.

For the price we paid, we expected a more comfortable bed. More hooks in the bathroom would have been helpful, as they only provide housekeeping every 3 days, and the towel "ladder" did not allow for adequate air drying between daily showers. They request you don't flush TP, so our tiny wastecan was overflowing by that housekeeping day.

The view is spectacular, and to see the sunset from our terrace was the reason we chose this hotel. Complimentary breakfast of our choosing was delicious. Nice to have the fridge and tea kettle. Shower was good. We were able to check into our room early.

There are some inconsistencies in the overall provision but negligible. The rooms could do with some light refurbishment but again don't interfere with overall value for money, exceptional views and good service.

The views from the suites are just exceptional and breathtaking. We tried a few dishes from the in room dining menu, and each of them was tasty with reasonable hotel price. The suites are quiet and peaceful. It is a different feel from if you've had a room in Fira. The room is cave like and very comfortable. Staff are friendly, flexible, and responsive.

The views from the room were breathtaking. Not only the views but the outdoor spa was amazing to relax and unwind. The service was spectacular with men who carried our bags from our taxi to our room. We had an amazing breakfast every morning and were also provided breakfast boxes for the morning of our departure.

There was an internet issue a cross the Island. In addition, the tap water is salty which caused us to have a dry skin.These issues are not the hotel staff fault as the all Oia villa was set up in this way. The only improvement is the breakfast. Although I chose the same breakfast often they send different things or were missing something. Nonetheless, the breakfast was delicious.

The first room had a fantastic view. The second one I loved was the jacuzzi and its location.

privacy was not as expected, right next door was another room and couple , you share one terrace with 2 rooms meaning 2 hot tubes in one place , so more people watching each other on you in hot tube, which is little bit ridiculous, this is little bit fail for those money , or should be this information mentioned somewhere in room description

There was ugly construction materials below my room, so that kind of put a damper on the otherwise incredible view. Construction noise happening all around this time of year, but it was quiet by 3:00 pm and not too bad.

Views were Incredible. The room was rather small but very pretty and comfortable. Great bed! The hot tub never got hot even though I asked for it to be turned up, but it was pretty to look at. This seems to be a problem everywhere on Santorini this time of year. The weather turned very windy and cold and there was a problem with my heater but staff came to my room middle of the night to fix it. I think the place I stayed at before spoiled me because I liked that better, but these views could not be better. I liked that the staff was so available via What’s App. They were incredibly responsive all the time. (At the same time, I would have liked a little more face to face contact.) Excellent breakfast!!!

We stayed in the ‘Efhari Suite’ and it was incredible. The views were just something else. It was perfect to have our own private balcony and plunge pool. The balcony even played a part in our beautiful engagement!! The staff were amazing, very attentive and couldn’t have been any more helpful.

Hotel breakfast arrangement is messy. But it was delicious and quality. But how they ask us to select the breakfast option from their list confuses us. We stayed 4 days, and for all those 4 days, we received what we picked from the list, but they sent us only one come of yogurt and one cup of cereal. we were 2 and we had to share the portions. (Eggs and juices were there as one per each). Also, the last day, they forgot to made us breakfast. Our flight was at 12 noon, and we waited till 9AM until they came with breakfast. We planned to leave the hotel by 9.30AM. When we asked them only, they said they had made a miscommunication and failed to arrange the breakfast. So finally they provided us some croissants and 2 Jam buns as breakfast around 9.40. Also, there breakfast start time is 8.30AM and I feel it is better if they can improve it make it at least by 8AM.

The hotel location was superb. Convenient for every attraction. The room is equipped with all the amenities and is very clean. They do daily housekeeping. supportive staff, and they are so good at carrying baggage up and down via the stairs. You can find plenty of parking spots close to the hotel. You can enjoy the breathtaking sunset from the jacuzzi itself.

The indoor pool is a confined space and didn't lead to outside view. Otherwise was great. Very pricy for what it is.

only downside would be the lack of information by staff,’such as housekeeping times. Also bathrobes and towels were old and not matching, asked for laundry prices and staff never got back to us with the price Spa and pool water were cold not heated to suit weather. Hair conditioner was not provided, delicious breakfast was a la carte and when ordered natural orange juice they agreed but sent bottled juice instead repeatedly for the 3 days.

Fantastic location! The town of Imerovigli is much more peaceful than Fira or Oía with less crowds and Cruise Ship day-trippers. Stunning sunset views from our suite. We stayed in the Efhari Suite (is the most private of all the suites). Breakfast on our balcony everyday was special and delicious. Fantastic quality room service food with prices that were better than many of the surrounding restaurants. Reception staff were easily accessible and responsive via WhatsApp. This meant we could communicate with them, even if we weren’t in our room. Would recommend Sophia Suites!
