This is by far one of the best facilities I have stayed and it has exceeded my expectations! The room is spacious, the bed is very comfortable, the hottub was clean and overseeing an amazing sea view. The staff is very nice and welcoming, they follow up with you before arrival, during and after the stay to ensure you are provided with what is needed. The place is surrounded by good restaurants and is located in an area full of visitors while also offering the peace and calm one needs. The hotel helped me arrange my pick up from port, and transfer to airport. There are a lot of stairs to reach the hotel so might not be suitable for elderly or people with walking disabilities. The hotel also helped me arrange a car rental quickly. I will surely be back and recommend it!!

Excellent stay with views galore! Can not fault location and views with shops and food a short walk away. Hotel in room food and breakfast was excellent.

I must have got the day use room that fell short of expectations—broken TV, exposed wires on the iron, a useless ironing board, non-working safe, and a rustic feel that missed the mark on luxury. Although the view sells it the rooms was below par. Kettle provided but charges 5 euros for water! Door locks not good. Tired and worn lounge mattress' and furniture.

Beautiful location! Loved the room and the breakfast and room service was amazing!! The staff in particular Vadillo and Malia were very nice and helpful!

The hot tubs were not HOT!! They were more like swimming pools!

The highlight of this hotel is definitely the view. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. We also appreciated being able to check out a bit later.

The staff wasn’t very welcoming and often seemed rushed. While the room was mostly clean, we weren’t sure if some of the cushions had actually been changed. The biggest disappointment was the terrace: it’s shared, something that’s not mentioned anywhere. Which means there’s no privacy at all. We ended up next to heavy smokers and had to keep the door and windows shut the entire time. The outdoor area was very poorly maintained, dirty, and the furniture was so filthy (some even damaged) that I didn’t feel comfortable sitting outside at all. Breakfast was also underwhelming: very small portions, missing items, and it wasn’t even ready on time.

The location of this room is incredible, it's so beautiful, the view of imrovigli is the best view in all of Santorini. In addition the staff were incredible they truly look after you so much. Honestly they made the Holiday, they made the room so special and did extra stuff for us like welcome drinks and made it romantic with flowers on arrival. Vasiliki was incredible she was so kind and caring and made the room and arrival so special for me and my partner. The room itself is so good, it has the best layout and unique design. The door is great for Instagram snaps etc.

    Nothing.

Room looks bad ,old . Pictures in booking its totally different. Only one thing ,wiev give you happy so you can forgot about place where you are,but it's cheap place . Breakfast it's very bad ! Bad it's to small words. If you choose this place you need to know that it's cheap place with nice wiev . But the worst it's Lady on Rception. We see also how another guests have problem with her. She don't listen nothing she think she have always right . You can't discuss with her ,very rude. Don't recommend!

We finally made it to Sophia Luxury Suites after a long and emotional journey — and it was absolutely worth the wait. The place is beyond stunning, and every moment felt magical. But what truly made the difference was the incredible team behind it all. Despite the uncertainty and challenges we faced due to the situation in Israel, the staff showed nothing but kindness, patience, and genuine care throughout the entire process. A very special thank you to Corina and Vasiliki, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us — from the first emails to the moment we checked out. You both made us feel at home and turned what could have been a canceled dream into a truly unforgettable experience. Thank you for everything. Highly recommended from the bottom of our hearts!

We loved our week at Sophia Privilege Imerovigli. The house/suite is wonderful and special, cool and beautiful architecture, with probably the best view on the whole island! To look out over the caldera and the blue domes is priceless and amazing! We loved almost everything - it’s as amazing as on the pictures. The roof terrace and the plunge pool was great - and the little terrace at the ground level too. Everything was almost as we wished. What makes us give nine instead of ten is that there were a lot of professional photographers - as well as tourists - walking in through our gate at ground level, but also out on our little roof next to the pool and roof terrace several times a day. This happened even if we were outside and disturbed our privacy. The hotel manager said that it wasn’t allowed - but people didn’t care about the rules. We said that it would be best for future guests if they put up some “privacy signs”, both at the gate and on the roof. Hopefully they do.

Our stay at Sophia Luxury Suites was a huge disappointment. From start to finish, the staff was unhelpful and completely disengaged. We ended up bonding with other guests specifically over how bad our experience was—which says a lot. We messaged the staff in advance asking for help with our luggage and a transfer to the airport. They assured us someone would come to get our bags and that a ride would be arranged. None of that happened. We were left scrambling to carry our luggage and find last-minute transportation on our own. Even our driver told us that Sophia Luxury Suites has a terrible reputation—and we absolutely agree. After reading other negative reviews, it’s clear we’re not alone. What’s even more upsetting is how the management repeatedly avoids responsibility and tries to cover up legitimate complaints. That lack of accountability speaks volumes. This was not a "luxury" experience by any stretch. I would never stay here again and do not recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing or reliable stay.

Amazing views amazing cool cave room. Staff was fantastic and always made sure we were happy. Room service is good. We even were upgraded due to an issue with wifi in our room but despite everything was amazing and Vas manager and Max are great. Help us with bags up and down which is very helpful with all the stairs!

Only critic is that there are many versions of Aurora suites and it is hard to determine from photos what you are booking.

It’s located very beautifully on the cliff edge with scenic views. Very relaxing.

The jacuzzi wasn’t warm all the time. The second room was not provided with quilt , so was cold for kids in the night.

Breakfast was good. The position and views were spectacular.

We paid a lot of money for this room for a heated private indoor pool and outdoor heated spa. When we arrived both were cold and could not use. It wasn’t until the next day that the spa was warm enough to use. The pool remained very cool the whole time. For the money we paid I was very disappointed. The view made it a little better.

The view is spectacular, and to see the sunset from our terrace was the reason we chose this hotel. Complimentary breakfast of our choosing was delicious. Nice to have the fridge and tea kettle. Shower was good. We were able to check into our room early.

For the price we paid, we expected a more comfortable bed. More hooks in the bathroom would have been helpful, as they only provide housekeeping every 3 days, and the towel "ladder" did not allow for adequate air drying between daily showers. They request you don't flush TP, so our tiny wastecan was overflowing by that housekeeping day.

The views from the suites are just exceptional and breathtaking. We tried a few dishes from the in room dining menu, and each of them was tasty with reasonable hotel price. The suites are quiet and peaceful. It is a different feel from if you've had a room in Fira. The room is cave like and very comfortable. Staff are friendly, flexible, and responsive.

There are some inconsistencies in the overall provision but negligible. The rooms could do with some light refurbishment but again don't interfere with overall value for money, exceptional views and good service.

The views from the room were breathtaking. Not only the views but the outdoor spa was amazing to relax and unwind. The service was spectacular with men who carried our bags from our taxi to our room. We had an amazing breakfast every morning and were also provided breakfast boxes for the morning of our departure.
