Looks like photos. Its very clean! And cleaners are cleaning everyday. Our room, 101 had a big nice balcony. Its shared bathroom but we were glad to have a private sink in the room for brushing teeth. We were lucky to have no bed bugs in ours, unlike what other reviews have said. We checked many spots too.

There is no soundproofing. Staff don't care about people being loud even though we asked for help with it.. We were kept up one night from people yelling in another room and also filling the hallway up with smoke, there is supposedly a fine for smoking. We were woken several times each night and early morning from people in the hallways. The ac is controlled so you can't set it to colder or stronger. The blanket sheet is not big enough for 2 people in bed.

Room was clean sheets was clean.

Very thin walls you can hear the neighbours like they sleep next to you.Doors shut very loud.😥

The staff was nice and the location was ideal, it was overall clean.

My roommates had clearly not been made aware of how to act politely in a dorm. One of them had his phone on ringing mode and took two phone calls very loudly from the room at around midnight when a few people were already sleeping. Another woke up at 5 am and started playing candy crush

Dirty rooms and common area. Sketchy area. Bedbugs. Could not sleep because of loud speak and TV. No toilet in the room.

Our balcony doors were broken, they looked like they were able to be closed and locked, but they could slide too far on the runners and easily be opened from outside. Not very safe or reassuring.

There was a poo in the shower no one cleaned for 3 days

The location of the hotel was horrible, people walking around on drugs outside, did not feel safe. There was a used tampon in the shower, absolutely disgusting. And our first room had bed bugs so we had to move rooms, definitely not worth saving a bit of money to stay here, go somewhere nicer.

look i never normally speak this badly about a place... but: homeless people living there, bed didnt have a ladder (i was top bunk), BEDBUGS!!!! people stank room stank and pepole were watching videos on full volume at 3am??! bathrooms were gross too. never coming back and seriously dont recommend you stay, save yourself and spend the extra money for a nicer place

The location was ok close to the center but it was a messy street, cant walk alone as a girl not very safe

I liked the location which is within a walking distance from Acropolis. I think that for the price the hotel was quite good. It wasn't dirty (except for the shared bathrooms but they're passable) and there was a decent breakfast included. The beds weren't the most comfortable but the sheets were clean. If you're short of money or want to save on a hotel in Athens and you're willing to give up some comfort this is a place for you.

Firstly, the walls are pretty thin and we could hear our neighbours being loud all night. Secondly, we couldn't change the temperature on the ac and we could only choose between 21 degrees cold or 27 warm air. Lastly, despite the explanation I still do not understand why we had to leave the only key to the room we had at the reception. No one touched our things but it was still a little odd and worrying.

The location is good 20 minutes walk central area, 24h reception.

The bed was really noise, I informed but have no solution.

Bed bugs, unhelpful staff, room looks like a psychiatric ward, bed bugs crawling on walls, stains on sheets, smelly, bad bathroom (one per floor) and bad balcony, creepy stairs and lift
