Everything was perfect 😍

Really an amazing property - it has an exceptional view of the caldera that could stare at for hours on end, lovely pool, umbrella for shade, sleeping in the cave was relaxing, calm, dark and quiet. Bed was comfy enough. The room really has everything you need. The host Themis also made the stay exceptional with his care, all of his great information, really nice breakfast each morning that got to enjoy eating with a lovely view, and was available to help with any question or concern - really great guy! Great location it is quiet from the crowds but with lots of really nice restaurants nearby in walking distance and Fira is also easy to walk to.

Not really much - was basically perfect! If being extra picky -The stairs up/down are a nice workout each day and a challenge for people with mobility issues - but on the brightside the enable the wonderful view and privacy -The shower could use some updating but overall everything was clean and you can't expect it brand new in an ancient cave!

Wonderful location with fantastic views. Our host, Themis went above and beyond to make us comfortable. All the amenities were top notch and the provided breakfast made fresh daily was fantastic.

The only downside was the property was so nice we didn’t want to leave to go sightseeing 😃

The view is amazing, what we could enjoy from breakfast to late night on the terrace. Our host, Themis made amazing breakfast and helped us with great recommendations of restaurants. The apartment is well equipped and the hot tub was perfect day and night. This is definitely a place to visit again.

Where do I start with the ABSOLUTELY DREAMY GEM of a place! This was charming, very spacious, extra clean, with a VIEW THAT IS BEYOND STUNNING! PERFECT SUNSETS! Pool was fantastic! But the real bonus, was the host Themis. I can't even tell you how incredible he was. He provided concierge service, and was so helpful as we navigated our plans in Santorini. He also makes a wonderful super fresh breakfast every day! I have stayed in luxury hotels, this place was authentically wonderful, and beautiful. Ill be dreaming of the stay until next time...

The view was perfect! In our opinion the best on the island.

The stay here was perfection, book this place before it's gone! Perfect location, with the most incredible views, Themis made the most delicious homemade breakfast which we took on the terrace, beautiful decor and space for two friends or a family to share, no outside noise! The shower had lasting hot water and the kitchen, cooking items. The host also had many tips about the island and was able to arrange a cooking class for my friend and I, this is a must to do! So special.

The view from the balcony is so perfect, occasionally we would find people posing for pictures there. might be nice to add a little "private rope" not just the sign.

The views were spectacular! The host was extremely accommodating. He met us on arrival and explained everything about the property, including the history. We had both the two-bedroom suite and the queen room. Both rooms were well-decorated and extremely clean. Would highly recommend this place if you plan on staying in Imerovigli.

We love everything at Spitia Tzitzi! Perfect location with stunning views of the caldera. The home is clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the scenic walk to Fira (only 15 minutes). Our host Themis is knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. He recommended several wonderful restaurants nearby. Unforgettable memory. Magical Place! Highly recommended!

The two side by side rooms - the honeymoon suite and junior cave (for our three adult children) was perfect for our family of five. The views were breathtaking from the terrace. The hot tub on our terrace was so enjoyable to sit in after a busy day walking around. The views from the hot tubs were fantastic. Watched the orange sun set below the hills from the hot tub and terrace. Our host, Themis, was such a great guy. He was so helpful and so kind. He prepared and delivered the most delicious breakfasts to our terrace every morning at a time we arranged with him the prior day. That was such an incredibly relaxing way for all five of us to wake up at our own pace and walk out to a breathtaking view of the Caldera and to a delicious breakfast on our terrace. Highly recommend this place and Imerovgli in general. Very happy we chose this location. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Themis!

Amazing view of the Caldera, one of the best locations in Santorini because Imerovigli is at the highest point of the island. Hot tube very nice for romantic night. A bottle of very good wine was included. Host Themis is very friendly, did a lot of recommendation where to eat or visit, and he helped me to make a great surprise to my girlfriend for her birthday!

We had a wonderful vacation! The view is amazing, perfectly located for watching the sunset. Everything was clean, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The host is lovely and helpful with anything you need. The breakfasts are delicious and tailored to your taste. Highly recommended!

Themis was a great host, really took his time to chat us up and give up great tips for our time on Santorini. The included breakfast was excellent and typically local. We only had one day to stay so could not appreciate it for more time but I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Imerovigli! And the view is just superb. The city is the best spot to stay on the island in my view.

Do mind that the Jacuzzi's max temp is 35c (at least in our suite). If you like it hotter you will need to look elsewhere.

We booked our stay truly last minute. An hour before our arrival in Santorini. We can say that this is the best place we have ever stayed in all of our travels. Santorini homes are not exactly private and this home is. We stayed in the Master Cave and it exceeded our expectations by far! The home is very comfortable and you can tell that the owners are exceptional people who cared about this house. It’s so clean, the towels and sheets smelled so good. Not a single dust in sight. A lady comes to clean everyday. The home has 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds and 4 pillows each. Extra blankets are available along with jacuzzi towels. The 2 bathrooms are clean. The upstairs balcony is spectacular for that Santorini money shot! The jetted jacuzzi is amazing for the sunset views and unobstructed view of the caldera. Nice restaurants in the neighborhood and a grocery across the street. You can’t ask for anything more. Themis made our stay even more amazing with the home cooked breakfast he makes daily. He even made a breakfast wrap for us to take on our early morning flight out of JTR. Themis is a chef by trade, enjoys taking care of his guests at the Spitia Tzitzi. Not a lot of steps to reach this lovely home. The pictures of the home doesn’t do it justice. It truly is a beautiful home. I advise you to book this place whenever you have a chance and you will not regret your stay! Thank you Themis for being such a great host in your beautiful home and taking the time to get to know us. We truly enjoyed your conversations.

We had the pleasure of staying in a stunning cave villa perched on the cliffs of Santorini, and it was nothing short of magical. The view from the villa is quintessential Santorini. The bedroom tucked into the spacious cave was very quiet and comfortable, and the villa was equipped with a small kitchenette with espresso machine, and a bathroom with rainfall shower. Wi-Fi was strong throughout. What truly sets this place apart is the private terrace. Each morning we woke up to panoramic views of the volcanic caldera, without the crowds. The villa also had a small plunge pool tucked into the terrace. Varied and delicious breakfasts were delivered every morning. The host and staff made our stay extra special, providing cleaning every day, offering local recommendations, and even arranging transportation.

The 2 bedroom cave room was spectacular. The views from our balcony were so nice that we opted to simply stay at the resort our last day rather than go on our planned tour. Themis , our host, was very attentive and pleasant and was available when needed. We loved him with his terrific personality!!!!! Thank you Themis
