How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

Verified reviewTHIS IS NOT 5* stars hotel. Their web page shoes the suite differently with a beautiful open sea view, however, we had not view, 75% of our view was back of the house in the front. The receptionists were not helpful and rude. The manager never had any time for clients. The breakfast was very bad, taste of eggs etc. no fresh orange juice or cappuccino, you have to pay extra. In the email they promised 2 separate beds and when we arrived that was not possible. All this does not reflect proclaimed 5* hotel. The look of reception is really poor, it looked like 3* hotel. The reception close at 9 pm.
Dear guests, Thank you for your feedback. I would like to clarify that all our Suites are equipped with a king-size bed and one sofa bed. Also , I'd like to emphasize that while we appreciate all comments, it is important to note that our staff members encountered rudeness and disrespect from your side during your stay. .We also value respectful communication and aim to address any concerns in a constructive manner. Verified reviewSolid Stay — Great Mix of Comfort & Style Stayed at St. John Deluxe Suites for a few days and was impressed. Breakfast had plenty of variety — buffet plus a menu with great options. Dinner was also a win: elegant setting, great service, and the staff were sharp and professional. Try the lobster giouvetsi it was an absolute Greek tasty option. The suite had a clean, minimal design but still felt high-end. The sea view from the room (and the restaurant) was a real bonus. What I really appreciated was the actual privacy as you’re not bumping into neighbours or hearing anything through walls. Wi-Fi was fast, and the place was spotless every day. Hats off to our cleaning lady, Mrs. Marcela. She did a great job. Mini golf carts get you around easily, which is a nice touch. Plus, the location’s convenient — close to both the port and the airport. Parking on-site made things even easier. Overall, a smooth, relaxing, and well-organised stay. Definitely recommend it if you’re after comfort with a touch of class.

Verified reviewMy boyfriend and I stayed at St. John Suites and honestly… it was a dream!! The breakfast was amazing- so many options from both the buffet and the menu (yes, we tried almost everything -loved the English breakfast, the waffles, the eggs and the list goes on😅). Dinner was just as great cozy atmosphere, elegant vibe, and the staff were so kind and professional. We tried the Ribeye and the Tagliata, which I for sure recommend. Our suite was super clean and so luxurious but yet calming. The sea view from both our room and the restaurant was unreal. And I loved how private everything felt like we were in our own little world. Special shoutout to the cleaning team — Mrs. Mimoza, thank you!! Everything was spotless these days. Wi-Fi was unbelievably fast -with no exaggeration and we loved the cute mini golf cars that take you around the hotel! Also, location-wise it’s perfect — close to both the port and the airport, and there’s parking, which made everything super easy. Such a relaxing and romantic experience — we’re already planning to come back. 💕🌊

Verified reviewThe room was exceptionally clean, and the view was absolutely unbeatable!! The size of the room was more than sufficient, and the shower was not only spotless but also impressively spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and quiet. On top of that, the hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful at every opportunity. They really made us feel welcome and well taken care of. Down by the promenade, the shops had everything we needed, and the restaurants were all delicious and varied, from Italian to Greek and more. We will definitely come back :)
Everything was perfect, except for one small thing: the path from the main street promenade and restaurants back to the hotel is quite steep. Unfortunately, the golf carts can’t go all the way down, so guests have to walk a short distance. Going down is fine, but walking back up. Especially at night or when carrying shopping bags was quite exhausting. It’s not a long walk, but it’s definitely a tough climb. Of course, this isn’t the hotel’s fault, as they aren’t allowed to drive the golf carts all the way down due to regulations. Also, the breakfast was okay, not spectacular, but fine. There was a buffet and an à la carte menu, so there were enough options.

Verified reviewThe suite was absolutely phenomenal—spacious, beautifully decorated, and offering breathtaking views. The private pool was perfect for a refreshing morning dip or a relaxing soak after a day at the beach. The service staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help.
The property was a bit challenging to locate, and the drive up—especially at night—is not for the faint-hearted. The à la carte breakfast felt somewhat limited in options, and the buffet selection was modest; however, everything offered was fresh and delicious.

Verified reviewThe suites are so lovely, it's such a relaxing place if your looking to come for a quiet break. Staff are friendly. You do need to hire a car though to get around the area
If you ordered room service, most of the time food would be delivered cold, which is a shame because this let it down. Receptionist said she would email us our reciept end of stay but still have not recieved.

Verified reviewThe rooms were amazing very large and clean. Plenty of storage space. Lots of lights and mirrors all in the right places. Private pool was really good. Tea and coffee facilities. Comfy beds. Staff really friendly especially the buggy drivers. Breakfast good
They could do with a better bar area with seats and tables where you can sit and have a drink rather than at the dining tables. It would give you a chance to talk to other guests. We did half board and had lunch rather than dinner as we like to try different restaurants in the evening. Would have got a bit bored with the menu every evening but was great for lunch

Verified reviewWe had a lovely stay at the suites. The staff is very welcoming, friendly and they would do their best at all times to make sure we had a great stay. The suites are well equipped, good size and cleaned very well every day. The beds are super comfortable and the bathrobes were better than usual.
Only minor thing was that the gym seemed a bit dated and plain but it seems to be the case for most places in Greece. Everything else was really superb 😊

Nothing, though we would have preferred a breakfast buffet, rather than a la carte.

Verified reviewExcellent facility. We enjoyed our stay a lot and will definitely come back next year. Professional staff, from the reception to the groom. The room was kept clean and the housemaids were very kind and fast. The privacy of the suite as expected. The resort's restaurant Noya was excellent and the atmosphere relaxed and romantic. The view both from the suite and the restaurant was unforgettable.

Verified reviewFirst of all I'm surprised with the quality of this hotel which deserve the five stars category. 1.The breakfast is served a la carte with many options .I suggest the noya breakfast. The manager Narkis helped us to book a car and a very excited boat trip. 3. The cleaners are fantastic and have made excellent job. 4.
