Great location very close to the beach. 20-25 minute walk into town, though more convenient with a scooter or atv. Nikos was super helpful and responsive with anything we needed during our stay. The surrounding property is beautifully maintained and has views to the sea in the distance. Room is simple but well appointed with a small kitchenette to prepare coffee/breakfast.

An amazing stay and we will definitely come back! The property is exactly as described, close to the sea, to the town, very clean and beautiful! Nikos, the owner, is very kind and always available to help if something is needed! We travel every year to Cyclades and this was one of our best times!

We loved the peaceful location just outside of the town, with a seaview, beautiful gardens, and friendly well-looked-after cats. Our apartment felt private despite other accommodation on the property and we weren't disturbed by any other guests. Nikos was a superb host and was friendly and contactable whenever we needed him. The room was smart, well designed, with a large comfortable bed.

One small suggestion: the electric kettle was a bit old, so a replacement might be nice. But I’m sure the host would take care of it right away — no worries at all! :)

Although the weather was quite windy during my stay, I was able to enjoy Antiparos comfortably thanks to the wonderful host. The sunshine on the terrace was beautiful, and the nearby beach made for lovely walks. The host was thoughtful and attentive, offering kind advice that truly made me feel protected — even from the strong wind warnings! I had a quiet, healing time and truly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere.

Only one restaurant very close by. You better rent transportation (car, motorbike or taxi) to visit the small but very cosy and lively town of Antiparos.

Very quiet location on walking distance from a nice beach with few visitors. Comfortable room with terrace. The wide choice of restaurants and boutiques at the main village (at the port).

Nikos has been very arranging and let me check in earlier than planned. We chatted through WhatsApp which was very convenient. He also sent me some tips and recommandations. The room itself was not that big BUT very modern, very nice decoration (love the bathroom!). Easy to reach the hotel from AntiParos seaport, only a few minutes away driving. I would definitely stay there again if I travel to antiparos. Bonus: I’ve made a new buddy there, probably the cutest kitten in AntiParos.

The hotel is made up of scenic cycladic architecture buildings set in a beautiful garden. Our room was designed with taste, was clean, big enough and had all the amenities one might need. Our beautiful balcony had a few of the sea in the distance and was decorated by a Bougainville. Nikos was an excellent host. Couldn't ask for more.
