Perfect place for people who do not wish to spend holiday inside the hotel all day long. We enjoyed our one week stay in Steve apartments. Steve himself is very helpful and polite. Some rooms are freshly renovated, some are older but everything is clean (room even was cleaned and towels changed 2 times per week), there is small kitchen, utensils, washing machine, air conditioner, wifi, television, balcony with chairs and table. Even its located near the center and there are many shops and restaurants around, place was really calm and you could peacefully rest at night. Apartments are perfectly located - 4 minutes to windy beach, 10-15 minutes to harbour, old town and center.

Perfect location right in the center of it all - the beach, marina, old town, everything. The apartment is tidy, has all you need, the building has a nice pool. The owner and their family were friendly and helpful when in need. Would recommend it and book it again!

We had a little misunderstanding by the arrival, but Stephanos , his family and staff have sorted everything out with efficiency, friendliness and patience. Please double check the airco and washing machine: they are new, but we experienced some problems using them. Maybe it says more about us 😁 then the systems themselves, but still keep an eye on them.

Great locaion in the New Town of lovely city of Rhodes, close to everything (bars, restaurants, supermarkets, different beaches by walking distance), yet, for being in the middle of everything, a quiet place to sleep. Studio is spacious, bright and simple , provided with all basic amenities. Impeccable cleanliness of the whole building, swimming pool area and the apartment (has been cleaned twice in 5 days we stayed, with fresh bedsheets and towels). Great value for money, absolutely good choice!

The bed mattress was hard and uncomfortable Too many misquotes. The mosquito repelaant in the power points didn't do anything. I Waa bitten all over. There was no free to air TV channels connected. No TV ANTENNA cable

As I’m a bit of a budget traveller, my expectations are not super high. The kitchen could use a bit of an update and restock of utensils and dishware. Wi-Fi in the bedroom was a bit weak. But these are just minor inconveniences, otherwise the place suited me just fine.

The location of the property is excellent, a short walk to the beach and a short walk into the old town. Lots of restaurants nearby. The host was fantastic… Easily reachable via WhatsApp and helped me out anytime I needed it. Super friendly guy. The pool is small, but very refreshing and a welcome treat after a long day in the Greek sun. Apartment was spacious with comfy beds. Had a nice hot shower. Cleaning staff came in every second day and did a great job tidying up the place.

My family and I were accommodated in a fully renovated room with a terrace that exceeded my initial expectations. It is clean and comfortable, suitable for families with children. Although it is in a lively area with many shops and restaurants, the place is quiet and ideal for relaxation. It is less than 5 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes walk from the old town. Steve is a great host who is always available when needed.

Steve is great host, every time willing to help or to give an advice. Apartment is surrounded by a hundreds of bars and shops and located close to beaches either windy with waves or more children friendly beach in north of Elli.

AC was pointed at the beds and was so powerful the cold air reached them even with the lowest settings. Of course to some people this might be a positive thing.

My friend and I stayed a week in one of the groundfloor studios. Our room was really clean and everything was new. Steve was really great and flexible. He filled all our wishes and even surpassed them at times. The apartment had a pool and sunbathing area, which we weren't even expecting. Also the apartments location was in the middle of everything but it was still calm and quiet. In this price point it is really hard to find a better option.

the best hotel I have ever been to. It felt like I was visiting a friend. The room, or rather the apartment, had everything you need, namely: a kitchen, a washing machine, a good shower, a terrace, air conditioning, comfortable beds. The owner of the hotel was in touch 24/7 and helped us in every way, starting with some household appliances, ending with calling the pharmacy and it was specially opened for us earlier than expected on Sunday. We had a plane at a later time than check-out, it was very hot outside and Steve allowed us to stay longer than expected. If I come to Rhodes again, I will no longer need to look for a hostel. Thank you Steve for hosting us!

Steve is a great host. He is open to all questions and is willing to help. As a local he had great recommendations for beaches and places we should visit during our stay. The apartment is large, with three beds in two separate rooms, two large balconies and a large kitchen. The location is very close to Elli beach (5 min walk) It's positioned well so you can choose to visit either the west or east side of the beach. The neighbourhood is quiet and locals are very friendly and gladly help tourists.
