The apartment was cleaned thoroughly before your arrival, and when you informed us immediately, we sent our staff to repeat the cleaning process, during which no issues were found. Additionally, the property has undergone professional pest control and disinfection twice. We regret the incident, but in the heart of the Old Town, such occurrences, though rare, can happen and are beyond our direct control. Measures like regular disinfections are in place to ensure that any intrusion does not persist. We appreciate your understanding and wish you all the best in your future travels.
