We had an amazing stay at the stone build suite in Skiathos. The property was absolutely beautiful – thoughtfully designed with natural materials and a private pool that added a luxurious touch. The location was perfect: peaceful yet conveniently close to everything we needed. The suite was spotless, well-equipped, and clearly well thought through in every detail. We felt relaxed and comfortable throughout our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stylish and serene getaway.

While our overall experience was excellent, we have a few minor observations to share. These are not criticisms, but rather points to be aware of: The access to the suite involves a narrow one-way street from the main road and a steep driveway, which can be challenging to navigate, especially with a less powerful rental car. Lastly, while we thoroughly enjoyed the pool, an umbrella would be a nice addition to provide some shade during the hot afternoon sun.

We had a wonderful week-long stay at this suite in Skiathos this past August. The accommodation is ideal for two people, offering a perfect blend of comfort and privacy. Despite being surrounded by other buildings, the suite feels remarkably quiet and private. We loved the small private pool. While not large, it's perfect for relaxing dips. We appreciated the daily inspection by the friendly gardener, which kept the pool in pristine condition throughout our stay. The cleaning service, which occurred twice during our week-long stay, was thorough and more than sufficient for our needs. The location is relatively convenient. While we rented a car, there is a bus stop within walking distance. The bus service connects to Skiathos town and various beaches, offering an alternative for those who prefer not to drive. However, do note that reaching the bus stop requires a bit of a walk, which could be a hassle especially with luggage. A supermarket just five minutes away provides all the essentials, and there's a friendly taverna at the bottom of the driveway that offers delicious frappe and takeaway options. One of the highlights was the exceptional communication with our hosts. They were extremely accommodating, even managing an early check-in to accommodate our early morning flight. The key handover process was smooth and hassle-free. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this suite to couples looking for a peaceful retreat in Skiathos.

Stone Build Suite is perfect in every way. The view from the rear of the building is quite breath taking. The villa was very well equipped and has everything one needs for the perfect holiday. The aircon was quiet and worked perfectly. There's plenty of room for car parking

nothing to dislike

This is a beautiful quiet location off the main road but close enough to walk to the beach or to local restaurants. A small car although not essential made our time there and exploring the island easier. The owners were delightful and helpful our only issue was tearing ourselves away from the place and hope to return again as I would not want to stay anywhere else in Skiathos.

We had an amazing stay in Agelikki and Alexandros's lovely suite. The place is peaceful and quiet, the view is beautiful (sea and vines) Agelikki and Alexandros truly made us feel welcomed and were always there for us if we needed anything. We are very happy with our stay and to have met two generous, kind and loving people! We 100% recommend.

Perfectly designed new build both inside and out. The villa itself was so clean and comfortable with everything you would need for 2 people .The views outdoors were stunning with the plunge pool a welcome extra bit of luxury. Fabulous eateries within walking distance.

No blackout curtains (just some fully transparent ones) means a very early waking up in the morning (about 6:00am), something that is certainly not ideal for people like us that want to rest as well during holidays….

The property is new, modern and very beautiful. Plenty of space, nicely furnished, amazing views towards the sea from high up, spacious verandas and so on… Certainly a value for money property.
