Although the comments of owners indicate that parking spaces are available, there were occasions when I required up to an hour to secure parking, while all the nearby private parking facilities were fully occupied.

Bathroom need renovation

Everything was great, excellent friendly staff, the view from the balcony was amazing, we had view of the port, the sea and the town. Breakfast was also very good, all excellent!

The room is extremely dated and falling apart. I was very disappointed that the bathroom still has shower curtains, no shower head and had a door that was rotting from water damage.

All the hotel employees were exceptionally nice and helpful and we were very greatful to be met in such a warm manner. We had the sea view which was absolutely beautiful. The hotel is indeed dated, different from what we expected from the photos, but the sheets were white and the towels were changed daily. Loved that they had blackout drapes. I couldn't say that it's a good value for the money though, but we went in July. No smart TV, the breakfast was tasty, but very plain, we stayed only for 4 nights so it wasn't an issue. No parking space, I received a fine after parking partially on a sidewalk together with other cars, after circling the hotel for 45 min. If you are thinking of renting a car, try booking an apartment or something with a parking space. And the pool looked lovely, we didn't have time to use it, but it seemed well maintained with a gorgeous view.

What we liked most about this hotel was the availability and kindness of the staff. They did everything they could to help us when we had an issue and were tireless in their efforts. The hotel’s location is great. Overall, the facilities are okay, but nothing special, especially for a 4-star hotel. Breakfast was ok. This rating is mainly due to the location and the staff, as we would have given a lower score based on the hotel itself.

The lady at check in were very nice but I didn’t like her priorities. During my check in she stopped to answer the hotel phone several times. She supposed to finish my check in and them answer the phone. Something so quick and simple took around 15 min just waiting her to answer the calls. Elevator was strange and slow. Foods at breakfast were very oily.

Walking distance from Zakynthos port and town with many restaurants and cafes for dining. Easy access for boat tours and island hopping. Nice comfortable rooms and great staff.

Needs some renovation.

We were on a island hopping trip and the hotel was at such a convinient place just across the ferry harbour so easy to reach. Also the town square where the annual celebrations takes place were just right there. The breakfast buffet had many choices, could have been better but it was good enough. Altough the hotel furniture was a little outdated the rooms were big and the ones which are facing the sea had panoramic wiew of the promenade road.

Flooring needs replacing as squeaked everywhere virtually in the room. Wouldn’t class the balcony as a balcony , lucky to just take 1 step.

I found the hotel ( apart from the roof garden) a soulless, characterless, depressing place. The corridors are so bleak and sparse and my room was no better. It was functional as it had everything it advertised but it was completely bare, plain walls, no pictures, no charm. One of the most depressing hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in. Reasonable side on sea view. Never a 4 star hotel in the memory of man, even by Greek standards.

The roof garden is superb, amazing views, nice furniture, lovely pool, it’s a fantastic spot. Thankfully it was opened a few days earlier than scheduled which was a life saver. The ladies on Reception were lovely and helpful. Breakfast very good. Cleaners lovely. Location stunning. Zante Town is a beautiful, traditional Greek Port Town with a fantastic harbour, great bars and restaurants.

The view and friendly staff and most of it all the vibe of luxury 80's hotel nice relaxing environment. The room was truly big and comfortable arranged to have the most privacy and enjoy the sea view unobstructed. The breakfast was ok and the prices are nice for the location

Don’t forget this property doesn’t have drinking water , it’s salty water everywhere in the hotel.

Toilet bit smelly Very very disappointing not to have access to rooftop pool and garden. Even to be able to sunbathe up there would have made all the difference between nice and fabulous. The breakfasts weren’t great and the coffee machine gave dubious results
