Great location with an amazing view. Breakfast was nice and the lady who served it was super friendly. We really enjoyed our stay!!

Breakfast was served with a wonderful smile and varied each day which we loved as we were there for five mornings, the view across the Caldera was breath-taking - at all times of the day. This was a lovely, quiet and calm oasis away from the busy cities, perfect for our mini-moon.

Our room was a little small - we paid for a premium room and expected a private balcony, but ours was right on the pool so when people were having breakfast or enjoying the pool they were right outside our door. However, we did get a view right to the Caldera from our door.

Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Hotel has stunning views and staff friendly and very helpful. It is in a very quiet part so not too many restaurants nearby. A bar and snacks for a sundowner would be great.

Our trip started with the most welcoming greeting from Polyvia who was so helpful leading up to the stay and checking us in, helping us understand the area and make recommendations of places to visit around the island, as well as organise a rental car. The view is second to none, and having access to the pool and a gorgeous breakfast served on the balcony in the morning was exactly what we were looking for for our introduction to Greece. You are also only 10 minute walk from the nearby town which had such an authentic vibe to it with great food and even a quirky bar on the top of an art museum. Great location for being able to enjoy the Caldera view, eat fantastic food, and not have to spend ridiculous amounts of money.

The internet was a bit patchy in parts and the bed wasn’t super comfy, but this was only a minor inconvenience and didn’t take away from such a fantastic stay. Also didn’t realise the restaurant/bar wasn’t open all day, so once we realised this we just made sure we went to the nearby mini market.

Breakfast was good and the lady who cooked and served was very friendly and accommodating. Pool was kept clean and pool towels changed often. Rooms serviced daily. Other staff also friendly Fantastic view

Unfortunately the room wasn't what we booked and didn't have the requirements we had asked for , aircon didn't work in our room, showers either very low pressure or dirty water

First and foremost the view is spectacular! We were visiting as a group of family and friends for our sons wedding. The venue was just a 3 mins walk from the Artemis which was awesome. We had booked 12 out of 14 rooms there so it had a private villa feel. The staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough to help. Shoutout to all the staff by name, Polivia, Alexandros, Biona, Zabia,Dora & Stefanos. Artemis is about a 10 minute walk from a picturesque little village Megalochori with lots of traditional little restaurants.

A kettle in the room would have been handy and there were some issues with water pressure in the second floor units but the good far far outweighed these couple of points.

We loved the pool access and expansive views from the top of the cliff, the friendly and helpful staff. We stayed for 6 nights at the Artemis Suites and had a variety of breakfast options each morning for both myself, partner and 3yr old son. Old town was a short walk, as was the bakery and mini mart/convenience store. Ample parking for hiring of buggies and ATVs. The reception was very helpful for bookings of taxis, nail appointments and anything we really requested.

Beautiful view, wonderfully clean pool, the quality and service of the breakfast was amazing, thanks to the staff.

On the check-in form, you have to enter your bank card number and CVV number under your name and passport number, which I found strange, because the accommodation fee had already been deducted a few days before our arrival. Yesterday I received a message that the card was blocked because someone tried to misuse it. I only gave this information at the hotel reception. A pity that the hotel doesn’t offer any other service than breakfast. The terrace begs for drinks and snacks but nothing available. The restaurant selection in walking distance was very limited and the remote location necessitated a car.
