Studio Filoxenia is a solid choice for Lipsi island. Will come back.

Poor communication from host re check in despite sending several messages, no response. Arrived at property and noone was there. Had to phone x2 before speaking to someone. No kettle in room. There was a small hob but no pots/pans so what was the point.

The apartment was spacious with lovely outdoor seating area to the front as well as an area at the back. The apartment was clean. Breakfast was exceptional.

It was confusing where to find the host on arrival.

A lovely breakfast on the terrace. Very clean. Has two outdoor spaces. A small church , opened to visit, just near. A short walk from the centre. Privacy.

Disappointed with the location. From the picture we thought it was in a big garden, however rooms are on a busy road. There's a small patch of garden. Another problem is the lack of communication. Managers don't reply neither the messages nor your calls.

Beautiful small property of just five rooms with terrace & garden at front, 5 mins to all restaurants and shops around the Port. Host Vassilika offers the most amazing breakfast (I couldn't do it justice) brought each morning to your room so you can sit outside & eat at the front or rear terrace. Really comfy bed & bedding/towels changed daily. Perfect location. Vassilika even arranged for the taxi to collect me from the port and take me back when I left. Thank you Vassilika!

Very little privacy, and on what counts for a busy road on this fabulous island.

It was a comfortable stay, breakfast was very good if a little repetitive. Normally enough for lunch as well. The apartment itself was very good and reasonable equipped.

The checkin procedure could have been better. The plantshop across the street helped us to find someone from the hotel who could show us to our room.

Ms Vassiliki is a wonderful host with spotless, cosy rooms with great beds, strategically located near the port! Very polite and helpful staff ( thank you Marina ❤️). We will definitely come back!

The check in was a strain. I messaged the owner before hand but heard nothing back. When we arrived I called the number but no one answered. Had hadn't not been for our neighbours we would have struggled.

The rooms are excellent. Very spacious and comfortable. The beds are good. There are terraces front and back for sitting out, frying towels etc. The breakfast is excellent!. Delivered each day ion a tray with a wide variety of goodies.

The equipment in the kitchen is quite sparse. Shower and bathroom could use an update.

Rich breakfast with local food, close to the town, calm surrounding. The apartment has two very enjoyable terraces with a view to the beautiful gardens. The host family is very friendly.
