The bed was awful. I have pain in my back one week after the stay here!

The location was excellent, the beach was in front of the property. The host Ana was very kind and friendly. New ,clean, equiped and comfortable room. You have restaurants nearby.

We were here in the beginning of July with a baby of 11 months. We are delighted with apartment and staying here. View is absolute winner! The best view for the first thing to see in morning from the bed and also for enjoying until late in the night. As balcony is turned to the west, you have shadow until 2 p.m., after that you can use the awning. You can sit outside even it is raining. Beach is so long, that even it is the weekend, it is never crowded! And when you have such a young kid, it is great that you can jump into the water (while it is napping) and next minute you are back in the apartment. Also, there were other families with children and you cannot hear them talking, which was the case on so many of ours vacations (obviously, good sound isolation or other guests were extremely quite :) ). In the front of the apartments is small, but enough big, playground, as public one is 15 minutes walk away. Behind apartments you can get parking for the extra 5€/day, as street is so narrow and it's getting crowded very fast. We were on 2nd floor and we left baby stroller behind apartments, always in shadow. They are cleaning rooms (floors, taking out of garbage, leaving new toilet papers, cleaning glasses - balcony door and balcony fence) on a daily basis. Overall, magic place, perfect for young families and for all others that appreciate a good view :)

Location is perfect. Owners were great, apartments are clean and spacious, beach in front of the apartments is probably the best beach in whole Toroni. Definitely will go back. All recommendations!

We have had a very nice experience during our stay in Studio Giannis. The best location in Toroni, only few steps to the beach and excellent balcony view (we witnessed the best sunsets from the terrace). The host Anna was very friendly and helpful. Also, the rooms were cleaned daily.

In my many years of traveling this host ( Ana ) was one of very few that I did not feel welcomed. Awful behavior! When we arrived after a 6 hours of driving, and everyone was tired .. They did not let us park on their yard just to get all of our luggage which only would have took like 15 minutes, they made it like it was such a big deal and kept saying "problem problem" After that I was offered to cancel the booking reservation and pay in cash little bit less, the difference was not much which I did not accept of course, because I have read some reviews about a similar situations like this from before. Third thing was with the parking. Ana tried to charge us €45 in advance for 9 days and park on their yard at the back which she says that she does not own that parking lot ( not true ). I did not accepted that as well because you can literally park at the back of the house on the gravel road for free .. or you can find parking on the street or at the end of the road like 150meters of the house there is a big space for parking. Not everyone is for accommodating people .. when you have this kind of Villa and that much guests you should know better, be more polite with your guests which are paying a lot of money to stay there and be aware that people are coming on vacation and are in good spirits and don't want to deal with the host's negative behavior.

The location. It has a perfect location right in front of the beach. There is a small part of the beach which you can put your own umbrellas. Usually only the guests of Giannis and Castro are there
