Kostas and stuff were amazing! Very friendly, very welcoming, and attend to any need. Amazing. I am confused by the fact that the rating is a 4-star hotel. If the rating was a 3 star motel I give it a 10, no doubt. Rooms were very clean and very basic. No breakfast. The pool is amazing, lots of parking places.

Mariana & costa the hosts were very friendly. Made you fill very welcome . The rooms are very comfortable and clean . Room was spacious. The pool area is amazing. There is nothing I can fort about pantils studios .

There was nothing we didn’t like.

The property is modern, well maintained and spotless both inside and out. Rooms were very well equipped and secure and the air conditioning worked well. We had everything we needed and we loved the pool which is absolutely lovely - pictures don’t do it justice - even has a little spa area. It’s a walk of about 400/500 metres to the seafront where there are loads of cafes, bars and restaurants to choose from. The owner is always on hand and is extremely kind and helpful. The staff were without fail friendly and smiling. All take great pride in making sure everything is as it should be.

It was a wonderful stay! First of all, the apartments were spacious, very tidy, cleaned every day, everything was thought out to the smallest detail. Even the cot was wooden and of high quality. Outdoor pool, sunbeds, swimming equipment. Very good location, close to the beach, shops and cafes. But what we liked the most was the host Kostas, he was so kind and helpful, communicated beautifully with the children, we felt like family members. Wonderful time, thank you, we highly recommend!

It would have been handy to have extra shelves or hooks in the bathroom.

We liked everything and Kostas was very friendly. The beach is about 10 minutes walk. Plenty of shops and restaurants.

It is a 10 minute walk to the strip. This wasn’t a problem for us but for older guests or those with kids, they should be aware of this. However the hosts can organise car hire and pick ups to the accommodation if required.

Modern and clean accommodation, the hosts, in particular Kostas, were very helpful and could not do enough for us. Rooms were clean and comfortable and premises very well kept. Pool was not overly busy so plenty of room. Good WiFi and air con.

A quiet location but in easy reach of beach, places to eat and main road. The apartment was exceptionally clean and enjoyed a balcony overlooking the garden. Easy parking. The pool had lots of sun beds and was not crowded. Kostas our host was attentive and keen to ensure the best of stays. A really good find for this price.

A wonderful place to stay! The owner, Kosta, is such a kind and helpful soul who truly enjoys spending time with his guests. He’s always smiling and ready to help with absolutely anything — a real gem of a host. The rooms are incredibly clean, and the location is perfect — close to everything you might need. There’s even a swimming pool, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Corfu — you won’t be disappointed!

The shower head was on a hook at tap level, about waist height, so you had to shower by holding the head with one hand. The shower hook needs to be moved to head height or put on an adjustable pole. The balconies on the upper floor are not covered, so not good if you have to smoke outside when it's raining.

The building and room were very clean and modern. The outside area and pool were clean and well maintained. The room was a decent size and the bedding and towels of good quality and changed regularly. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen had a kettle, hob and enough plates and cutlery etc. Our host was very attentive and looked after us

We loved everything - wished we could stay longer.

Kostas and Marianna looked after us like family! Our studio room was perfect, and we were located within a few minutes walk from a little shop and fabulous restaurant and bar. We loved swimming in the pool everyday. We hired a car and explored, we also walked and used local number 7 bus which was super easy. Loved loved loved our stay ❤️❤️

Our studio did not have balcony.

The hosts were extremely kind. The facility is excellent and provides all the comfort we needed in Ypsos. The furniture and equipment is new.

Very convenient location, 2pool bars are just 20 meters away, newly renovated apartments, amazing pool, all facilities for self-catering, excellent wi-fi, Kostas was very helpful to make your stay comfortable.
