Breathtaking views and an unbeatable location right on the harbour! The fridge is spacious and keeps food and drinks perfectly cold — which was a big plus during the hot weather. The manager was friendly and shared some great tips for exploring the island.

Studio is a bit dated but is priced accordingly.. Location is great with lovely view. Hosts went well above expectations, ensuring I got treatment for an injury.

The owners were very helpful as bad weather delayed our ferry and we arrived in the middle of the night. The apartment is close to the ferry terminal and has a great view from the balcony. It was very clean and everything you needed was there. Very good value for money.

I love this accommodation. The family who own the business are so very friendly, helpful and kind. I never want to stay anywhere else on Lipsi, so close to the port, tavernas and Lientou beach. But nothing is ever very far away on this perfect little island. Checked out this morning and am really wishing we hadn’t!

The apartments are on the seafront and five minutes walk from the ferry terminal. Our apartment was large and reasonably equipped and what you might expect for the price. The view from the balcony was lovely. The owners aren’t there all the time, but communication by the booking.com messaging service is quick and effective. The town centre, supermarket and traditional bakery are only five minutes walk away. There are very few restaurants, but Manolis Tastes makes up for that - a tremendous restaurant. They hire cars at 25€ a day, which is very good considering there are only 10 mines of surfaced roads on the island.

Communication with the host could have been better and more welcoming.

Beautiful spacious studio accommodation, exquisitely tiled floors, and ample cupboard space. Well equipped kitchen. The close-up, panoramic sea view from the balcony was wonderful. Very close to the ferry terminal. I enjoyed my stay here.

Our stay, of 4 nights, wasn't long enough!

Vasilia and her parents, were such good hosts, Greek hospitality at it's best! The large, bright, apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable, the kitchen was very well equipped, and the view from the balcony, overlooking the bay with the small town, the harbour, the ferry port, and further out to sea, all visible, was fantastic. From the apartment it's only a few minutes walk along the (very new!) quay to several cafes, bars and good fish restaurants. Lispi, in the month of May, at least, is a quiet, unspoilt island, and definitely worth a visit.

A lovely view over the harbour, and a very comfortable stay, with car/ moped hire on site. A kind & attentive family who gave us plenty of space to relax. Close to good local eateries, & next to a beautiful beach for wonderful swims.

Easy to find and close to the ferry terminal. The studio has lots is space and a beautiful view out over the water. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and relaxing. It was good to have a washing machine. The kitchen was well equipped.

There are several steps up to the room, but do get a nice view. Tea and coffee would be handy as facilities to make it are there

Great location to ferry, beautiful view over Harbour.good utensils though I didn’t use most. Nice touch of some nice red wine to have. Bottle of water provided daily and cleaning new towels done

The location is hard to beat. We spent a lot of time sitting on the beautiful sunny balcony watching the sea and the boats. Studio was spotlessly clean with a kettle and fridge and cooker. Staff were kind and very friendly and warm.

Fantastic, friendly place to stay right by the port in Lipsi. The studio rooms have everything you need for a long stay but sadly we only had one night! We'll be back for longer next time!

Very spacious apartment and a large shady balcony with great views over the harbour. No problem with late night arrival - the owner just left the key for us. And a welcome drink!

It was all fine, but the facilities are a bit basic and old. We stayed at newer hotels with better prices at the beighbouring islands. Other than that it was all good!
