Quiet, good value for money and lovely pool. Excellent location. We were three adults and it was big enough and the kitchen were was perfect for what we needed (breakfast and lunch).

They found pool towels after 24 hours. But offering pool towels as default (old ones) would be useful.

Everything about the property was perfect in terms of location, space, facilities and comfort! The rooms were always clean, and the bathroom was big as well. There is a mini fridge, and small stove in case you want to cook!

Everything - lovely location - on quiet backstreet, two streets from a great bakery/cafe, and two lovely restaurants, and the beach. A 15 minute walk to Sami, and great views across the bay. The apartment was clean, modern and comfortable + had a fridge, job, air con, balcony. And friendly owners. Was just spot on.. access to the pool and poolside sun beds was from 8am-3.30 and 5-9. Would 100% recommend staying here

Would love for the pool to remain open in afternoon and maybe just have quiet time in pool rather than close it completely. I understand the rationale but would have liked to use facilities in afternoon

The family owned complex is absolutely fantastic. Nothing was ever too much and the studio we stayed in was spotless every day. Cannot recommend enough. We'll definitely be visiting again!

You really do need a car!

Our stay was fantastic! The location is great, it's in close proximity to Mellisani Lake and it takes 25-30 minutes on foot to get to Sami. There are lots of cafes nearby. The room overlooks the sea and the mountains. We enjoyed the hospitality and high quality cleanliness. The room was cleaned every day. If we get back to Kefalonia, we will definitely stay here.

A lovely spacious room, spotlessly clean with a comfortable king sized bed. Situated in a quiet location close to the sea and within walking distance of Sami. A good position to base yourself to explore the island and close to the port.

Great quiet location with local stone beach, a really good local coffee shop that serves good food aswell (v2 squared) a bakery in the village and beach side restaurant were an every day visit for us. 20 min walk along board walk to Sami. The hotel was immaculate, staff were very friendly and helpful. The owner was fantastic and we spoke to him most days and he asked us what we did or where we were going so he could offer suggestions. We would definitely stay here again.

All expectations were matched or exceeded so no need for this section at hotel Diamanto.

The host is the most wonderful person you will ever meet. Very pleasant to talk to. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable and has everything you'll need for your stay. Regular cleaning of apartment, fresh sheets and towels every day. Beautiful view from the balcony. Wifi works great.

Most of the restaurants and shops are located in Sami, 3-4 km from the apartment so this could be an issue for someone without a car.

Probably one of the cleanest, modern and comfortable rooms we’ve had in Greece so far. Our host was very friendly and gave us good local tips.

We wish we stayed longer

Unbelievable value for money. We stayed here for a 1 night pit stop while travelling the island and couldn't believe the incredible room we had. You're a 20 minute (beach edge) walk from Sami centre and 1 min walk from a traditional taverna. The shard pool was an absolute bonus and very quiet.

Property was beautiful and clean, room was cleaned daily and place was immaculate. Staff were friendly and helpful made some good recommendations of places to visit. Area was quiet and peaceful and there is a lovely walk along the beach front to Sami.

Nothing didn’t like.

Great location very quiet & relaxing. Short walk to several restaurants. Close to Beautiful Mesillani underground lake & cave. 30-40 minutes flat walk to larger resort of Sami.

Clean, very comfortable owners very accommodating.

The apartment was super clean and so well equipped with everything we needed as a family of 4. The pool was also spotless and never crowded or rowdy. The staff were so helpful and accommodating and really made us feel at home.

There really wasn't anything to dislike. It was priced very competitively, in a great location and was modern and clean. .

Our host was very welcoming and gave us lots of useful advice!

Fabulous staff, well appointed, super clean. Regular changes of sheets and towels over the stay was most welcome. Able to stay on site and use the facilities on our last day was a great bonus.
