The neighbors some annoying tourists from North Macedonia .They were noisy .Thanks god they stayed only 2 days .

Apartment is clean, if you are with car parking is included for free. Just a 5-minute walk to the beautiful beach in the direction of Nidri, opposite the Il Forno bakery.

Building activities were near us. It was too much loud at morning.

The owner is super, he told us details about the place, beaches and etc. Cleaning service is extra! They cleaned our apartment, changed bed linens. Big 10+.

It’s a bit loud from the cars passing by during the day, however this didn’t bother us too much. All the pros outweighed this.

The property had everything we needed! Small kitchenette, private bathroom, balcony with sea view etc!

The only thing i could say is that when there were cars passing it gets kinda loud, but not that bad anyway.

Definitely worth the price. Its spacious enough for 2 people. The frontside patio was nice to stay in the evening.

The room was rather small, with a view towards the nearby hotel, unless you go out on the balcony. The shower was a bit uncomfortable to use and I had to walk 700m to find a coffee in the morning.

It's a nice little place right next to the sea, 10 minutes from Lefkada and a kilometer from nearby beaches. The staff was nice, there is a dedicated parking space and the room we got had a therasse with a view towards the sea.

Long way from little village of Nikiana for supplies. Dangerous, narrow and busy road to walk along. No resident host for check in.

The room had a little kitchen and although basic, had everything we needed. It was convenient in that the bus stopped at the door. Could go back to town or to the port of Nidri from where boat tours departed.

The room itself was the smallest I've stayed in. It took a bit of managing to get around for the lengthy period which we stayed. For a short stay 3-4 days probably its okay, especially if you wont be doing any cooking! The road is just in front and the cars drive fast, so consider closing the windows or you will be hearing a constant Highway-like noise, even at night. Insulation was also poor because of how old the building is, so you could hear the neighbours.

Very good value for money, easy acces to the road and very close to Lefkada town. It was very clean and the stafd were very resposnive. Balcony was big and we were lucky enough to have the view of the glorious sea from our balcony!

Firstly the location....although it overlooked the sea there is a main road between the apartment and the sea...it seems this is the only main road on the island and the car traffic and noise was relentless all night long. Your assured of a beach nearby but that's not the case...unless you enjoy clambering over sharp rocks to get to the water. There is literally nothing around the area to see visit or do. The Room was super basic, I liken it to a slightly up market prison cell..the mattress on the bed thin and hard and uncomfortable. The tv so small it was pointless as was the tiny kitchen area... like a child's play kitchen. The shower bathroom was a joke, ridiculously small and you have to shower with the shower curtain stuck constantly to your body. Oh and let's not forget the broken toilet which flushed all night long. You need to have the window and door closed to drown out the noise which then makes the room uncomfortable to sleep in due to the stuffy heat. There is air conditioning available however it throws out as much cool air as a hand fan and is useless. There was a mosquito net, broken of course so and we got eaten alive. The room and location was so bad my wife cried herself to sleep that night and we left in the morning in spite of paying for 10 days we only stayed 1 night.

The staff who greeted us were great... very polite and helpful, unfortunately that was the only positive
