A great place to relax, away from the crowds of tourists. The terrace has a wonderful view of the sea. There is a small beach three minutes away from the hotel. You can reach many other beaches by car, about 10-15km away. The studio has everything you need and is very clean. The owners are kind and always available.

The owners were great and helpful. They even give us an umbrella for the time we stayed. Very clean place, and affordable too.

Very big studio with extra big terrace (has tende) overlooking the sea. From terrace you can see the mount Olympos, Osa, Pieria, the ilslands Eubea, Skiatos and at night you can see the sky full of stars! The studio is spacious, spackling clean, have everything that you need for cookong. The sheets and the towels are changing every third day and you always get extra toilet paper and soap. Excelent wi-fi, private parking, playground for kids. The beach is 30 metars from the house, just accross the street. The sea is full of life- like in aquarium, so it is very interesting for diving and exploreing the sea life. The studios are 500m from Loutra, where are stores and tavernas (restaurants). Near Loutra, there is the thermal spa with sulfur water source- for those who have bone and muscule problems. Also, the studios are 5 km from Nea Skioni, the bigger pleace, where you can find fresh fish, bacary, pastry shops, more stores, supermarkets and restaurantes.. The owner is very nice and kind lady, helpful, always on disposal and can give you all information and help thst you need. We like her very much!

We were planning to stay for 5 nights at Studios Kaintas, but as soon as we stepped into the beautiful garden of the property, we decided to extend our stay for one more night! The view from the room balcony was stunning, the garden beautifully maintained with lots of olive trees. The room/studio apartment was very clean and comfortable, with a small and very functional kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. We were given clean sheets and towels 3-4 days into our stay. An exceptionally pleasent experience, highly recommend it and we look forward to come back!

Amazing place!! Beautiful, quiet, and super clean studio with an amazing sea view — just 100 meters from the beach with crystal-clear water. Umbrellas are available at reception, which is a great bonus! Parking is also available! A short 10-minute walk takes you to a lovely small town with great restaurants and a clean, well-equipped beach. The hosts were fantastic — kind and helpful. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful beach getaway!

Extremely friendly staff, the owner helps and answers all questions. The studio was equipped with everything you need, clean place, comfortable, very strong internet. Peaceful place to rest, definitely recommend.

I like the room, the big yard with grass, the wind at afternoon with almost no mosquitoes, the terrasse with seaview, the possibility to go with car on more beaches, perfect vacation.

Our experience at this place was wonderful. The studio was clean, modern, and equipped with all we needed during the vacation. Every studio is air-conditioned, small kitchen. WiFi is stable. The location was perfect. The beach is on the other side of the road, about 30m from the apartments. It is a stone beach, with no sand and no crowd. About a kilometer is a village. There are shops and restaurants as well as a more visited sand beach. The studios are managed and run by lovely family who are always helpful. I would highly recommend this apartment to those who like quiet and relaxing vacations.

During our recent summer vacation, my spouse and I had the pleasure of staying at a remarkable seaside apartment, and we were absolutely delighted with every aspect of our experience. First and foremost, the breathtaking sea view stole our hearts. Each morning, we found ourselves enchanted by the stunning vista as we sipped our coffee on the terrace. The serene and picturesque setting provided the perfect backdrop for our daily routine. The apartment itself was impeccably clean and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable 12-night stay. From the well-stocked kitchen to the spacious and bright living areas, every detail was thoughtfully arranged. The apartment's location was ideal, with beautiful beaches nearby. Even the rocky beach in front of the house was charming, though swimming shoes are recommended. The crystal-clear water was teeming with marine life, making every swim a delightful experience. Our hosts were a highlight of our stay. Their warmth and hospitality made us feel right at home. Always available and eager to assist, they truly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Parking was never an issue, thanks to the ample space in front of the house. Another significant plus was the regular change of towels and bed linens, a rare and much-appreciated service based on our 20 years of vacationing in Greece. In summary, our stay at this seaside apartment was nothing short of wonderful. We left feeling more relaxed and welcomed than ever before. This is an experience we wholeheartedly recommend to anyone seeking a perfect summer retreat.

The fact is that we couldn't find any flaws, nor did we look for them, because we enjoyed it so much. The only downside was that we couldn't stay longer. But that's not the host's fault.

The only things I would suggest is drapes at the sides of the balconies for a little more privacy and maybe a pool in the future

Hosts were very friendly and helpful, yard was nice and the view was stunning, everything was very clean and they changed our towels and toiletries. It is close to maybe the best restaurant we have tried in Greece, suggested to us by the host:)

Beds were really uncomfortable, the view from the balcony is stunning, but the house is on a main road and it is noisy (we didn't notice when we were booking). The beach in front of the house is just rocks and you need to travel by car to go to a sand beach. Beach in the closest village is also rocky. The closest sand beaches are 20 km away and they were overcrowded, also Golden beach on the opposite side is now mainly private and it's pricey: 50 euro consumption per person to have the privilege to use the beach. We had to switch the electricity off when leaving the place, in case you want to charge something or come into a cold room with AC on, it is impossible.
