How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Krystalia was an attentive host and the property is very charming. Roomy balcony and homemade treats on arrival were appreciated as well as the small but functional kitchenette. Apartment easy walk to beach, restaurants and bus stop

Our room was located right in front of the reception, so it could get a bit noisy in the mornings.
The room was very comfortable and well-located. The balcony was spacious and inviting. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, along with some thoughtful extras like jams, wine, raki, and more. The host was also extremely helpful and friendly! 💕

Everything FABULOUS!
I wish we stayed here longer! 2 mins walk to beach, 5 mins to ferry & restaurants. The hosts were beautiful people. Clean, comfortable,couldn’t have asked for anything more!

Beautiful rooms in a great location close to Pollonia beach. Spotlessly clean. Krystalia was so helpful and kind and went above and beyond to help us out. Would absolutely recommend this lovely spot.

Cleaning of room every day. Easy communication with Kristalia. Just 50 m to the end of the beach and easy couple of minutes walk to bus stop.

I think the shower could benefit from larger window panes to keep the water from going everywhere in the bathroom. After a normal shower, there is water everywhere on the floor, because there are no panes to prevent this from happening. Otherwise everything was perfect!

It would have been nice to have a complimentary bottle of water in the refrigerator.
The room was spacious and modern in design. There was a queen-sized bed as well as bunk beds yet it didn't feel crowded. Great for a family. The bathroom was also very modern. It had a fully functioning kitchen with an oven and cooktop. The balcony with a table and chairs added more space. Coffee maker for brewed coffee was on the counter.

Owner is so lovely, left us desserts one night which was delicious. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is spacious. Everything is spotless! It’s a very short walk into Pollonia town and very easy to catch buses from the station for 2 Euros a ride. Couldn’t recommend more.

In such a good location!! The staff were incredible and so welcoming (they often left out some home made desserts!! The apartment was very clean.

There wasn't anything I didn't like!
What a gorgeous accommodation this is! It 100% exceeded my expectations and the staff is super friendly. The bed was very comfortable and facilities were excellent. It is located close to the shops - just a small and beautiful walk to get there. I only stayed for a couple of days but honestly could have stayed for weeks as it is such a nice spot!

Our accommodations were great. Everything was clean and well maintained. The location to the town of Pollonia was perfect, we walked in to have supper one evening, and we were only about an 8 min walk away. Our host was very sweet and answered all of our questions and accommodated us when we needed something.

Nothing it was great! Some construction next door unfortunately but nothing crazy!
We loved it so much! Especially the owners who were so nice and helpful. Super cute, super clean rooms and the perfect location in Pollonia! Loved being able to park a car, use the kitchen, have a good view from the deck and the perfect 2 minute walk to the shops. They left us water and snacks in the fridge when we arrived and were so accommodating.
