Sakis was a great host. The place has great value for the price. We liked the terrace and the front yard. We had the best time at Studios Lainis. If we decide to go to Toroni again in the future, we will stay at this place again, for sure.

We had an amazing summer vacation! The place was spotless and very well maintained – it was clear that cleanliness is a top priority. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach, which made it super convenient for daily swims. What really made our stay special was the host. He was incredibly polite, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel at home and made sure everything was just right. Thanks to his hospitality, our trip was smooth and extra enjoyable.

Great hospitality and kidness by Sakis, the owner. Every third day have cleanning and sheets changing. The beach is near by and you have deck chair on it as meny as you need. Have super market nearby and good restaurants not so far. This is realy good choice for your money.

The owner is super helpful and goes out of the way to make sure you enjoy your stay, he’s got fantastic recommendations and offered to help with anything we needed. He was always smiling and great to chat to. The studios were fully equipped for our stay, air conditioned and clean. The back terrace leading to the garden was a definite highlight and a great place to relax after a whole day at the beach. The garden had lots of greenery and was perfect for kids to run around in safely. The host also provided sun loungers and umbrellas, free of charge. Very convenient as the beach is right over the road. We’ll definitely be coming back.

Everything was super clean, the apartment had all you need, very spacious, 2 ACs (one in each room), the owner was very very friendly and nice, location is directly near the beach, we had longchairs for free.. everything was wonderful!!! We would come back there anytime!

Top location on the edge of Toroni, quiet and beautiful surroundings. Great beach across the street, free sun loungers from the accommodation, ideal starting point for non-beach activities such as cycling, hiking and exploring the peninsula. We were grateful that the owner took the time to give us useful information about restaurants and what to visit. Not to mention that we were able to park our car in the shade of the trees :)

Excellent place for spendinga week or two in Sithonia. Lovely beach just 50m from the apartment, shops and restaurants nearby, perfect sunsets! The owner of the place Sakis is very helpfull for providing info about local places to visit, restaurants where to eat or beaches where to swim. Perfect stay for me!

Although this accomodation has higher average rate, I'm affraid I couldn't go above 8. Handles of the plastic chairs at the balcony were half broken. We didn't ask for new, our stay was short, but if cleaning and maintenance were in detail, this would be detected and chairs would be removed. Plastic chairs are very common but are not made for freequent usage, host must know that. Sun and weather conditions make them easy to break, guests can fall and hurt themselfs. We didn't use kettle for it wasn't clean. Internet service was available only at the balcony, otherwise, the signal is very very weak. We didn't get a trash bags from the accomodation, that is common thing we got so far. AC was very noisy, it can be a problem if you are a light sleeper. Terrace has three "doors": nets for insects, glass one and sun protection. We were able to lock just the last one, which we don't find very safe. Lamp beside the bed wasn't working. Before booking I've seen that some of the studios were recently renovated. Ours had old and quite used furniture. Hopefully, it is the next thing that gets replaced as well as necesarry bathroom renovation. Again, I don't want to be rude, host was very kind. We spent three great days at the beach, we slept well, and we don't mind minor problems with accomodation. But I believe that everything I mentioned can be fixed with no to little expenses to make Studios Lainis stand even with other exceptional accomodations in the area.

Location of Studio Lainis is excelent, we often visit Toroni for it has amazing beach. We asked and got a parking place, it was very important for us. Host was very kind, providing infos about accomodation and new things in the village. Bed is comfortable and beddings are clean and nice. Terrace is big and has sun protection. There is a shower at the backyard, very useful after the beach. There was hot water available all the time. We got the sunbeds at the beach, and we loved this option.

The furniture is dated, could be replaced. While the surfaces and floor were clean, there were cobwebs on the ceiling, had to remove them myself. General comment about Toroni, not about the villa, very often there was the smell of the septic tanks and lots of mosquitos.

The host, Sakis, is very nice and informative. The villa is right across a spacious beach, where sunbeds are provided, so excellent location, though consider a bit of walking to the most of the restaurants and fun activities. The garden is very well kept, the kids enjoyed it very much. Parking is provided at the villa.

Everything was fine.

Fantastic place to stay, no crowds yet not isolated. Maybe the best location in the Toroni bay. In the north side of the beach it is very close to several other beaches as well as to the main road. 100m away from the best mini-market in the area where you can find anything, several good restaurants all in a walking distance. Sakis is the best host by far! He knows very well his business, knows the benefits of his place and if asked offers all kind of honest advice. Thanks Sakis to you and your family for the experience and the accommodation!

Very good location just in front of the beach. Quite place, green garden, enough parking places. The room is equipped with everithing you need. Spacious terrace to take breakfast and dinner if pleased. The host is very polite and helpfull.

Amazing hosts, very friendly and welcoming, with kind words, great advices and always ready to help, really made this stay special for us. We've stayed in two bedroom apartment, that featured an entrance room with a kitchen, a dining table and a sofa, and 2 separate specious bedrooms, each with in suite bathroom. The garden is beautiful, very well kept, with the many places with nice shade we've enjoyed during the hot days. The beach is just across the street, and there are the sun beds guests can use. Beach is very well kept also, with very clean water. We hope we'll come again.
