Good location, close to the sea, quiet. Shop and restaurants nearby. Large room, comfortable beds, beautiful view from the balcony to the garden, lots of greenery, with the sea in the background, too bad the view was blocked by a tree, which still had the advantage of providing shade in the parking lot.

The furniture is a bit old and needs an update, the beds are for shorter people, those over 1.90 m tall have to sleep diagonally, because the headboard at the foot of the bed is a barrier. The pillows should be changed, as should the fixed shower. A shower that could have been removed from the ceiling mount would have been more useful, so you could rinse better.

Nice place, close to the see. It was calm and clean. Very nice garden. And very welcoming people.

Bed. Mattress wasn’t comfortable. Everything else was nice.

Our holiday at Rosa Studio was exactly what we desired and expected. A beautiful, quiet place, located on a beach with crystal water. There you can experience the true relaxation and the communion with nature. The owners, Rosa and Iorgos are both kind and ready to help you with any advice you need. I also want to mention the little delicious dog Spitas. :) We recommend this place, we come back next year!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. Room is clean and tidy. Location is great. Studios have great garden you can use. See is just 2 min away. The host is super friendly, gave us recommendations about best beaches and best places to eat/visit around. I would come back here again :)

Rosa is an amazing host. She waited for us until late in the evening, as our travel lasted longer than expected, to welcome us and show us around the apartment. She was always available for any questions or assistance. The location of the house is amazing, just a 100m from the beach. Right in front of the house there is also a gorgeous garden. The whole experience was amazing, peaceful, quiet and relaxing. If you wish for such a vacation, this is the right place.

Studio Rosa is located in a quieter and non-commercial area of Loutra. We heard silence, or then cicadas and chaffinch and, of course, the sea. The accommodation suited us, it exceeded expectations, it was clean, comfortable, homely. The building faces the sea. The hosts were exceptionally friendly. There are several small beaches in Loutra and close behind Loutra (apart from the main beach in town and the beaches belonging to the resorts behind the village). There is a shop in the village, equipped surprisingly well and with decent prices. The sulphur baths are also worth a visit.

We had a beautiful 10 days stay at this property, I recommend it if you are looking for a quiet relaxing place with amazing sea view right on the back of the property! First, the host, Rosa and her husband are very kind and helpful when you ask them about places to go, to eat, to have fun or anything you need. The rooms are big and the beds are confortable. You also have a kitchinette with all you need for it. In the garden of the property you will find a lot of plants that will delight your eyes and keep the place cool in the summer days. There are also tables with chairs, umbrellas, swings if you want to have relaxing time in the garden. There are two beaches near the property so you can go anytime you feel the need for a bath in the sea or get some bronze. The property also gives you free parking place if you are coming with a car. We felt like home at this property and we hightly appreciate it, we will return! THANK YOU!

I like all , was really nice vacation . Rosa and her husband was very nice , give all we need, communicating with us , and very good attitude , the rooms was very clean and nice. the see was very close , water is nice . outside is a lot of trees , the garden was beautiful and the feel really very good.
