Reviews of Sunlight Naxos

Our stay at Sunlight Naxos was simply fantastic! The location is ideal, the cleanliness is impeccable, and the staff is always willing to help, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious, the outdoor area with the pool was a true sanctuary, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and beautiful. We will definitely be back!

Perhaps I needed a bigger closet! 😂

Very clean and it respects quite well the Cycladic atmosphere. The breakfast is diversified. Like the view in the room, if you get a room which has view to the sea you can see every evening a beautiful sunset. I think this is one of the things that I liked most. Pool is cleaned every night. Towels and cleaning in the room daily. You make about 15 min by walking to the center of Naxos city, which is perfect because you don’t stay in the crowded area, but also not too far from it. About less than 5 minutes of walking there is a supermarket.

Very clean great breakfast and George very helpful. Lovely pool.

Slightly out the way of the town

A warm welcome with a bottle of local wine from the owner and fruit combined with a very nice and clean room made our stay excellent. Very good breakfast. We enjoyed the sunset from our balcony and the quiet of the pool.

Liked the pool, the staff and the room, although bathroom very small. Breakfast was radical, pizza and burger were a suprise.

Kitchen utensils need updating i.e we had no forks and the pans did not fit on the stove together Staff could have been more welcoming - we barely exchanged words or greetings throughout our stay and would like to have felt more welcome/informed about the area

- Great Location - Pool is gorgeous - Helpful staff! We wanted a room upgrade as we weren't 100% satisfied with the room we got, the owner offered us a full refund minus the nights we stayed as no other rooms were available. Can't fault it.

The air conditioning using in our room wasn't great, so the 1 night we did stay I was sweating all night.

The pool area was nice. The rooms had a good size. The staff was helpfull and the breakfast was good. A real plus that the breakfast seating was in a nice outdoor area.

It is called "studios" but it is not really studios are there is no microvawe (but two hot plates) and not electric kettle (but a basic coffee maker) and very few glasses, cutlery etc. As a double room, however, it has a good size and a nice balcony. The bed was slightly too hard for me, but everyones got their preference...

Pool was good, nice garden. Location 15min walk from the city centre.

Too small bathroom. Breakfast was brought to the room which was nice but I would wish for maybe some more options like pastry and pancakes.

This place is well set up. Rooms are a good size and have everything needed and are well maintained. Buffet breakfast is very nice. 5-10 minutes walk to big sandy beach.

Everything was good. Super friendly staff. The rooms were big and airy. You had utensils available if you wanted to cook. There were balconies present as well. Breakfast spread was big.

Being hypercritical: The beds could have been better (the mattresses were a bit stiff).

Very nice outdoor area and large pool. The room we chose was not new but it was big comfortable and very clean as well and the bed was very comfortable. George informed us about what we would need for our stay and about the top restaurants on the island. Very nice breakfast with fresh fruit and a variety of salty and sweet snacks. We will visit you again.

It's a shame we didn't stay at this hotel from the beginning.

The receptionist is nice and helpful.

The rooms are very small. Some rooms do not have proper clothes storage. There are no windows or ventilation systems in the bathrooms, so there are unpleasant smells. The shower is too small. More attention should be paid to the cleanliness of the sanitary facilities. The furniture is old and poor, but the bed is comfortable. The walls of the rooms should be painted. The kitchen is not suitable for cooking. Kitchen equipment is also old. The exterior is nice and cosy, but the interior could use a renovation. The breakfast is not bad, but it became boring during our one week stay. For those who don't like cats don't book here as they go into the rooms, even the upstairs rooms, sit next to you at breakfast and can't be shooed away.

Beds and kitchen were not ao good. Overall stay was amazing!
