Spacious room ,,big balcony with seaview, very clean.A hotel run by a family.They make you feel very welcome.We had amazing homemade real greek food which was a good value for money..If we have to stay again in Katdamena we will definitely stay here

Slightly out of town so a short taxi ride from the ferry port but only a short wait at the taxi rank.

Very clean and well maintained, totally accessible for disabled and wheelchair users, restaurant on site, easy access to airport so perfect for an overnight stay.

Can’t really fault it. It was a 30 minute walk to Kardamaina but we didn’t mind & there was a bus stop outside if you don’t fancy the walk.

The bed in our room was the worst we have slept on in years, so uncomfortable, definitely need better mattress.

The owners were very lovely and helpful and friendly, the food was superb and lovely pool area

A wonderful family-run hotel. The pool was nice and soothing, the rooms were quite tidy and practical, and the staff was cheerful and very friendly. The lovely village of Kardemena is 25 minutes' walk or a 5-minute bus ride from the hotel. They also had a roomy parking area.

The staff was the highlight. They serve you like kings and receive you like family. Lovely people. Great breakfast. Nice view from the room over the mountains or sea. A nice, pig pool and lounge area. Highly recommend.

More fruit at breakfast please.

We stayed for 3 nights. Nice welcome on arrival and the room was clean with aircon and safe (but we didn't get the code for it). The staff are hard working and friendly. The breakfast is basic, a selection of fruits to go with cereal would be nice. It is quite a walk into town - the bus goes from outside the hotel but timings don't always suit. Reception will help with taxis if you want to book one. We didn't eat at night so can't comment on the evening meals.

All was perfect

We were in room number 81 and it was beautiful. It had a good view of the pool and the entire pool. The staff were extremely polite.mention to the girl at the breakfast and the young boy at the bar who made sure to strike a convo with the customers. Special mention to the HK lady. She was spot on in her job. I come from the hotel industry and know how tough it can be at times. A good team can make wonders

Very clean, rooms cleaned every morning with fresh towels. The staff are brilliant and will do anything for you. The owner George gave us a lift to the airport as there were no taxis available. Great food also

Beds were hard and uncomfortable.

Pleasant staff, nice room; big bathroom with toiletries available; Big pool with chairs and towels available. Dinner was delicious. Left early morning, breakfast was available before specified time. Staff reserved taxi for airport for following day and came on time (in fact 10 minutes earlier). Upon checkout, was given a small magnet, as parting gift).

The hotel is owned by the nicest family 😊 They were very kind and really helpful. They had amazing suggestions and always a smile on their faces. We really enjoyed meeting such great people. The location is great and there is a bus stop literally in front of the hotel. It is a great value for money. The breakfast is delicious and we also ate dinner at the hotel quite often since it was really delicious. 😁 Our room was neat, nice and clean. We really enjoyed it.

The place is at the countryside, there are no shops, quite far to the beach. But all of this you know while booking.

The place is runned by 3 generation of the family. Great atmosphere, cool pool, great food, all the vegetables were from their own garden. Good quality - price ratio.

The staff was very caring and accommodating from day one, it is a family-run hotel with incredibly nice people who made our stay on Kos unforgettable. The hotel rooms were very nice and the view of the sea from the balcony was indescribably beautiful. The staff helped you with all sorts of questions. The food was also delicious and the pool provided a good rest. Overall, I recommend everyone who wants to come to Kos to stay at Sunny View Hotel. I will miss everything here, especially Francis, Nikki and George.

Sunny View Hotel was just right for our purposes so we were quite pleased with everything. The only thing that bothered us was the refridgerator in our room as it was not functioning at all (it was there but could not be used).

A perfect place to stay overnight and have a lovely breakfast before travelling further. Close enough to Kos airport and ferry ports. It is beautiful to see different generations of people work for the hotel. We were served by a very polite elderly gentleman at the reception. It makes this hotel a bit more authentic. We also liked their breakfast concept. It is a well thought combination of buffet and ordered extras such as an omelette. This hotel has a lovely pool area. The pool was very clean.

Hotel is very clean and confortable. Taxi or bus can take you to the Kardamena town which is a amazing place to have a drink and meal. Food at the hotel is good, also breakfast is very good too. Owners are frendly which is a good thing.
