We stayed 4 days ,20th July - 24th 2025.I must give it to the photographer he is very good in taking shots from the right angles.The food was awful, the ac is old and situated in the bed room. Meaning you forced to stay in your bed room as the Fan which is situated in the TV room just circulate the hot air. They have one youngster on day duty he works himself to the max.As he is the lifeguard, waiter,barman, cleaner.Where the old lady and man obviously a local Greece resident treated him like a slave. But at night they have three ladies for dinner duty.Plus they use a local young lady at night at the front desk.She does not even know the left from the right but it's all about cheap labour. Most of the times we arrived 30 minutes before cut off dinner and lunchtime. There was no food or they do not even top up the buffet we had to take what ever was leftover.As more people arrived ,the food buffet quantity stayed the same.If there was any leftovers be sure you will get it with the next meal just in a different way. The left over food just get served again with the next meal in a different way. It is always a struggle to get a place at the pool as the people which stay closer to the pool layout there towls early morning then just leave it there for ther entire day.Even if they go out for the day. In room 204 mattrass had a huge redish suspicion stain to it.As the attached photo. This is not a adults only resort , as there was kids during our stay.

Lucky for us it was closely situated to the Spar Shopping shop.So we could buy food and water else we would've starved to death.

The hotel is far from the main promenade and center — you absolutely need a car or taxis to get around. The room had a strong, unpleasant smell, and even though we asked several times for it to be cleaned, it didn’t help. The shower was very small and uncomfortable. There is no air conditioning throughout the room — only a very old unit near the bed, which barely worked. Breakfast is not even in the same hotel; it’s in a different building, and you have to request a shuttle just to get there. Overall, the experience was disappointing. I definitely would not return.

We just got back home from our 6 night stay at this beautiful place, and want to return immediately! We shared a spacious 3 bed room, with a big balcony overlooking the sea. There was a double bed in the main bedroom (with aircon), and a sofa bed in the living room (fan). All beds were super comfy! The interior is very new, and super cosy - we found it even better than on the photos. The quiet pool area, super comfortable big sunbeds, huge umbrellas, the lovely restaurant outside by the pool area... all is new, and so beautifully put together. The vibes in the entire property are very chilled out, creating a calming and relaxing atmosphere. There was always plenty of food and drinks to choose from, and we liked it very much (you have to try the olive paste!!). They have a very good DJ playing most nights in the bar upstairs, and on one afternoon we even had a chilled out DJ session at the pool side... super nice, thank you for that! In general we would like to thank the entire team for their warm and always welcoming attitude -it was a real pleasure to meeting you all!! The location is great too. Just a few minutes walk down to the beaches, and a few minutes more to the livelier part of Hersonissos. We really didn't want to leave - Thank you!

We loved everything 💜

The staff who were all very welcoming and could not do enough for us. The manager in particular was very kind to us and went out of his way to ensure we had a lovely stay - nothing was too much trouble and we were very greatful. Every member of staff was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The food was lovely something for everyone even my fussy teenage daughters! We enjoyed the cocktails too! Our room was very clean and had a lovely bohemian decor. Our beds were made daily and we were left fresh towels each day too. Location is on a hill, we walked into town to the stunning beach and shops most days however if you have limited mobility there is a very lovely buggy driver who will drop you down to the main road at certain times throughout the day. We ate out one night and found lots of traditional restaurants and cocktail bars locally. We went on a few trips both were fantastic and arranged by a tourist place at the bottom of the road. Our favourite trip was learning about the traditional way of life as it was so varied Our guide really was amazing and showed us lots of places of interest and we experianced one of the best days of our lives full of smiles all day! We have had such a wonderful holiday, lots of laughs and memories were made which we will treasure forever. A big mention to the manager for being so kind to us even before we arrived and making us feel so welcome. We didnt get a chance to thank you personally before it was time to leave and say goodbye. We can't wait to return next year. X

The service at this boutique hotel was outstanding. Every member of the staff was friendly and always willing to help with recommendations or extra amenities. We loved the beachfront location, just steps away from some of the clearest waters we’ve seen. The outdoor pool was a great alternative when we didn’t feel like leaving the hotel. The breakfast selection was fantastic, with plenty of healthy options. Overall, a wonderful experience!

We had an unforgettable time at Cretan Seaside Boutique Hotel. The tranquil beachfront location was perfect for a peaceful escape. The property is not as it seems in pictures. The pool area is quite smaller. the rooms are very basic- there is air conditioner only at the main bedroom, the bathroom is small and old, the shower is uncomfortable and while taking a shower the water are all over the bathroom. It was a bad experience unlike expected. The food is also not so well. We took the all inclusive package, when we arrived we found out only food and drinks are included- you need to pay extra charge taxes for country, 7 euro per day, pool towels are also extra charge and their laundry another 2, and the safe in your room is also locked unless you pay another extra 21 euro. We were very disappointed. We were staying there 4 nights, in two of them we did not have hot water for shower and our body towels weren’t change after we asked for, twice.

The main area and the rooms was very clean There is a snacks and drinks area furring the day for all inclusive costumers which was comfortable.
