The only two issues preventing me from giving this hotel a perfect rating were: 1) No WiFi the first day we were there, and after they fixed it the next day, the WiFi signal only worked outside, not in our rooms. This was annoying especially since there was no cellphone signal in the rooms either. 2) There are no hotel guest privileges or conveniences at the hotel's beach bar: we couldn't charge drinks/food to our room, and we were subject to the same minimum consumption amounts as any customer walking in off the street.

Hotel was super clean, nice comfortable rooms. The kids really enjoyed the pool. Staff was excellent, promptly addressed small issues with our rooms. Breakfast was excellent as well

Comparing with what it's around it's very good but comparing with hotels in other contries, it's expensive. Seems new people working, no information at entrance, no towels in the room, breakfast not so complete. In general Halkidiki seems to follow some islands, too expensive and luxury, but!

The pool area is nice, but the hotel owners don’t do enough to promote it. It was literally empty during our stay. How about some music since it is summer holidays? Also, the hotel bar was closed! Good luck if you want a drink or coffee. Finally, during the first day of our stay the breakfast was nice and fresh - second day, quality dropped and pies from previous day were served. As a frequent traveller, and the price level of this hotel, I don’t find this acceptable. The price you pay for this hotel, should reflect a top quality and attention to detail, I did not see the value here so I feel it was too overpriced for what we have received.

The property is new, has a compact design, and the rooms have a nice vibe. Rooms with balcony are better. Guys at the reception (and all other roles they serve at the same tims) are so nice.

It would not hurt you much to offer free espressos in my humble opinion. At least increase the price of the rooms for it. It would offer a better client experience.

Very clean, very organized. Loved the breakfast, lots of greens. They also have private parking.

It was noisy - the walls are quite thin and some of the rooms are facing the street, on which the reception is, meaning a lot of people checking-in/out, noise from the suitcases, talks and etc. Plus some cars, passing with may be a bit higher (than expected) speed/noise. And you could hear the conversations of the guests from the other rooms. The DND sign was from a very soft material and sometimes the wind would make it fall off. One evening there was no hot water, there was no explanation why.

The staff is friendly. The air conditioning is okay.

Excellent hotel, we were in our honeymoon and they upgraded our room and offered us champagne. I also liked the size of the room and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, they will bring it to your table. The receptionist was very helpful and nice.

Very clean, the bed is very comfy. Paris the guy from the reception is 10+, he helps you every time you need something, always smiling and there to help you. Breakfast is served individually, very good and tasty. We liked everything! The pool is clean, not crowded.

The staff was extremely friendly. They upgraded our room for free when we arrived. The hotel is clean and modern. The breakfast is delicious, the pool is not crowded. Their beach bar is amazing. Everything was perfect. We totally recommend this hotel and beach bar!

This is a great hotel managed and run by an amazing team of people. The breakfast was freshly prepared every morning and very tasty.. they also have a great beach area that serves food and drinks all day.. I will definitely return here and would highly recommend staying here. Thank you to all the team for making this a great vacation.

Nothing for us, really. I mean everything was perfect, above our expectations.

The breakfast was excellent. Basically, it is mostly the same everyday, but also there are various salads, appetizers and sorts of pies everyday. You can choose between sweet meal (panckakes, oatmeals) or classic continental breakfast in terms of eggs, sausage etc. But we were thrilled with the fact that we can get as much amount as we wanted, so we could make ourselves completely balanced and nutritively rich breakfast. Also, there are fresh fruits everyday, and it is various from pears to figs and watermelon etc. Regarding room, the staff was very kind and considerate, and was able to met our special request for the supperior room. The room was above our expectations. Clean, comfortable and cozy with the spaceful balcony. We were able to use the pool, which is on disposal for everyday use. It is very pleasant as the sun warms the pool till 2 PM, I think. Of course, all lauds and praise go to the staff, they were all very kind and communicative, they are available everytime for any type of questions and help. You can ask them anything you want, and they will certainly at least try and check everything that is in their domain. I would like to thank them very much again for their understanding, because we were in trouble before our arrival as it was at risk at first. Hotel is top class, even though the location might not be the best for all because it is not in the centre of town nor it has the view to the seaside. But that was not the issue for us because we enjoyed everyday walk and ocassional running around the tow.
