Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

UkraineThe home is old and needs to be repaired. Utensils, namely spoons, forks and knives, should be replaced with new ones. The host talked about cleaning, but no one came to clean or change towels.
That placement is the best I have ever seen.

PolandThe mosquito net needs to be repaired- unfortunately there are quite a lot of them flying around at night. Also, we had no internet- the technicians were meant to come at the arrival day but did not appear until our departure. But the seaview compensates it all !
The place is located literally at the beach, the sunsets are simply amazing. The view from the terrace is great. You are right above a small, dead-end street so there are not many cars passing by. The apartment is comfortable, with your own umbrella and sunbeds. Walking distance from the centre of the town with nice fish restaurants.

IrelandWe would have given a much higher score were it not for a few issues. The first, and most important, was the bathroom, which was very small and smelled unpleasant. The toilet and washbasin looked new, which was fine. The problem was with the shower area. The ceiling was covered with black mould and was constantly leaking large drops of water, hence the smell. We didn't mention this to the owner because we figured he must know about it. This problem didn't appear overnight. We also knew that there was nothing he could do about it while we were there, as it will take major building work to fix. The second issue was that the glass in one of the windows in the back bedroom was completely broken. We did inform the owner of this, and he told us that he was aware, that it had been broken by previous guests, and that he hadn't had time to fix it. It remained that way for the full 16 nights of our stay. We just left the window open and covered it with the curtain so that the glass didn't fall out. The kitchen was OK, but the joint between the sink and the tiled work surface had been covered with foil as there was obviously leakage there as well, and the joint underneath was black. This is not a cheap apartment and we feel that the quality did not fit the price.
There was a lot that was good about this property. The location is unbeatable, being a matter of feet from the sea and only a few minutes walk from the village. The sea was warm, calm and great for swimming. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was reasonably well equipped. There were plenty of sun loungers and beach chairs which were easy to transport to the beach. The terrace is huge and beautiful to sit on, with plenty of furniture.

GeorgiaWifi was not working during our stay, however we asked the neighbors and they had the same problem so I don't think this was our hosts problem.
The property was great, located in front of beach and had excellent view, rooms were clean and the house had everything needed for a long stay. We were group of 5 people and there was enough place for all of us. House had very beautiful balcony where you could spend good time.
