Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

It is so much nicer than the photos let you see. Spacious, clean. Very nice helpful lady We went in July with our son, we all loved it. It was a good base for exploring everything around. We would happily return.

Shower was small. Basin tap very stiff & you could clearly hear the neighbours tap when running. Our neighbours seemed to use the bathroom in the middle of the night!
Nice clean room with terrace & view over the olive groves to the sea. The lady owner was very nice & helpful. It was well equipped & nice to return to.

The room is very spacious, so clean and tidy, the balcony big with a view, the garden was divine, very quiet place, Mrs Rouli, the owner, is so kind and friendly, we felt so comfortable from the moment we arrived... the rooms are very close to an exotic beach... next time we visit the region, we will definitely book a room to this hotel again! An extra plus: the a/c is silent!!!!

The decoration and furniture is a bit outdated but it didnt bother us too much, especially since the beds were so comfortable.
The location was very convenient for us. Quiet environment and very spacious surroundings. Clean room with everything we needed. Very comfortable beds. The hosts were very nice and kind. We will definitely consider staying again there if we visit the area.

We stopped at this cute hotel on our way to Kythira. The location ist perfect, just 15 min. from the port of Neapoli. The rooms are clean and have a beautiful balcony view to the olive farm and sea! Mr. Georgios waited for us till 23.00 o'clock He was extremely helpful and even offered us a beer as we had a long journey behind us. Highly recommended peaceful place with very friendly owners! Thank you!

Matras, maybe my bad luck :)
Everything was exceptionally great. Location, accommodation, child friendly, service and the hostess was very kind and helpful. I think that the photos of the rooms underrepresent the quality of the whole.

Takis is the most affordable accommodation in the area by far, so nothing is even worth mentioning, as the rest of the accommodation is flawless and otherwise more than great value for money! Photos are accurate and you can see what you are getting! If this is your budget, you will be more than happy.
Amazing location, very sweet and helpful staff, super clean. The grounds are very pleasantly surrounded by olive groves, and the driveway up is also very pleasantly designed. We took our dog to a different local beach every day, and all of the beaches were so quiet, less than 25 people every time... in the middle of July! Perfect sandy beaches. It was like we found a secret paradise. We enjoyed our little getaway a lot.

The location is very close to Elafonissos Ferry. We spent 1 night here during our road trip and I really recommend it for these kind of trips.

Can't think of something.
We were warmly welcomed although we arrived late in the evening. The room was spacious, very comfortable and clean. We recommend it also for a longer stay. It is worth the 6 to 7 minutes drive to the next beaches or the Elafonisos ferry boat.

The property could use some renovation
Very clean and comfortable, big rooms, exaclty as show in the pictures. Convenient locatio close to beautiful beaches. Value for money!
