The girls were absolutely amazing and patient. Gave us so much advice on things to see and do as well as food options. The suite was really central. This was our first time staying in Monastiraki. One of the oldest areas of Athens. Don't be put off by the appearance of the streets, it is a great area to stay with so much to do in walking distance. The apartment was huge and had everything you would need for even an extended stay. Check out the rooftop bars in the area. There are a few great ones.

The only thing I would say is that the area has lots of graffiti around it which makes me uncomfortable but the proximity to everything is worth the slightly uneasy feel of the area. It was perfectly safe though

We asked for a junior suite which turned out to be essentially a standard hotel room. So not what I had expected.

I tend to check the bed in every hotel before sleeping in it. The mattress under bed sheets was quite dirty with crumble and spots, although free from bugs which is my main concern.

I needed a place close to Monastiraki metro line, and this one was at the perfect spot. The noisiness of Psirri area did not reach my apartment on the 4th floor. The apartment is spacious, the staff is very friendly, and there is a lot to do, eat and drink closeby. Breakfast was served in a nearby cafe and sufficient.

The rooftop suite looks great and is very modern and comfy. It only lacks a few final touches - not all lights worked, the ironing machine was burnt and there were no holders in the bathroom for soap, shower gel etc. Also a washing machine would be very useful even for short stays.

Some of the bathroom fixtures were broken. Like the toilet paper holder and the arm that holds the shower head in place. The room safe had been separated from the wall which made us nervous because it was small enough to be easily carried away if the front desk wasn't monitored. The only other negative was that because you are so close to everything. It does get noisy at night until around 12 AM hearing people talking. But nothing that prevents you from sleeping if you go to bed early.

It was very clean and the staff was very attentive. It is in a great area very close to everything. Breakfast was very good offering several choices from the restaurants menu. The hotel is secure and safe. .

I was not expecting all of the graffiti and dirty streets. Very loud outside our window could not get any sleep. Some of the dishes and frunitro was old and broking. Shower was very difficult to use do to a broken micanizum

The staff was very nice. We had a 3:00 am departure so the staff packed us a breakfast box Togo so we had something while we traveled.

Whilst our room was pleasant enough, it was quite basic, and unfortunately the view was the tall opposite building, which made it feel a little claustrophobic.

Excellent central location, delicious breakfast provided at the nearby cafe.

Noisy, but it is located in downtown Athens. Supposedly a breakfast was to be included but we were never given information or shown location. One female staff member was super friendly and helpful. The other female staff didn’t seem to want to be there.

For those who have to work a good table with good chair is necessary. Not just stools at a bar. Wasn't available, but made available after I requested so.
