Area it was located looked run down, however there was nothing to fault about the property.

Bold Hotel is a true gem — stylish and elegant, with a thoughtfully restored historic character. The location is perfect, within walking distance of everything. The bed, pillows, and linens were incredibly comfortable, and breakfast was fresh and delicious. Highly recommended!

Exceptionally tasteful, spacious and comfortable room and bathroom. Superb chef prepared breakfast. Very professional and friendly staff that catered for our every request. A hotel gem in the middle of Patra. The building exterior and interior decor was very stylishly presented and the amazing staff make you feel at home. The rear dinning and bar area were a wonderfully stylish oasis in the middle of the bustling city of Patra. Highly recommended.

We had a room facing the backyard and away from the traffic. The rooms facing the other side might be a little noisier.

The Bold Type Hotel is very well located on top of the hill in Patras. It is an old villa and has only ten rooms. The pool is neatly positioned in the backyard away from the hussle of Patras. The rooms are relativley small but very stylishly decorated. The bathooms are top notch with all necessary amenities. The staff is super friendly. Breakfast is in the backyardvclose to the pool and one can decide from number of delicious options.

Everything about this hotel was lovely. The room was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. It was only a short walk to the centre of town. I would certainly go back there again.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms and the building were immaculate and very comfortable. The design and interior are fantastic. The garden with a pool and the roof terrace are incredible as well. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and lunch and loved the convenient location close to major attractions. We will surely return. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Nothing to dislike… maybe location could be a little better if closer to the walking district and sea, but you can’t move a building! Easy downhill walk to those areas.

Excellent hotel and staff. Quality remodel of a classic older building. The expansive private outdoor garden and dining area was impressive, but it rained during our stay so not much access.

We loved staying here! The staff treated us like old friends and could not have been more welcoming. Simply the best in hospitality that others can learn from. The check on was smooth, the smiles were abundant and the recommendation for dinner was fantastic. We will come again next time our trip goes to Patras.
