If you have a car, could be hard to park on a road close to apartment during high season, however the owner can offer alternative place.

The only small negative thing is that the Guesthouse is located on the hill, so you have to walk some stairs to get to the town an back, but if you are fit it is absolutely no problem.

It was very clean. The Host is really nice and helps you with whatever you need. Everything seems to be new. The TV is big and a Smart TV so you can watch netflix etc.

Great place, and a super host! Vangelis even picked us up at the port when there were no taxis available. He called for taxi when needed, and always very helpful and easy to reach. The room was very fresh and newly renovated. Strongly recommend this place!

Our stay was absolutely perfect thanks to Evangelos and his family, who made us feel so welcome! The apartment is modern, spotless, and incredibly quiet. But what truly stood out was their kindness and local expertise. Evangelos shared a great list guide with everything you need! From local tavernas, best beaches, bars and even connected us with a hiking guide, since we love the outdoors. He went the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended for travelers who value a peaceful, clean stay with hosts who genuinely care. We’ll definitely be back!

The property was simply perfect.

The only thing it didn't have was an iron but I could have asked for one if I really needed one. A full length mirror in the room would have been nice too as the only one is outside the door. Other than that,but was perfect

We loved out stay at the botanist, we didn't spend much time in the room as we were out and about so much but the room was lovely and had everything we needed...we didn't even have time to drink the bottle of wine that was left for us!

Gorgeous place with amazing views of the port. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. The hosts had thought of everything you might need to make your stay perfect including a basket of toiletries just in case. On arrival they gave us some delicious home grown tomatoes, sourdough and cheese - divine. Vangelis kindly gave us a lift to the port when we were leaving.

The only thing to note is that the Botanist is on the top of the hill, so if you are traveling with a lot of luggage, it may be better to take a taxi from the ferry. The hosts are also always happy to drive their guests, so maybe just ask ;-). The reward is a beautiful view.

We were very pleasantly surprised by the Botanist. It is a lovely small guesthouse with 3 rooms. The rooms are very nicely designed in a simple, minimalist but very tasteful style. The rooms have a small kitchenette with a fridge and coffee maker and a small balcony. Since the Botanist is located on the top of a hill, we had a lovely view of the harbor of Skopelos. The hosts live downstairs and are extremely welcoming and they do everything to make sure their guests feel at home. We were welcomed with a bottle of Greek wine and the hosts were always happy to give tipps and advise on what to do and see. They even offered to drive us down to the ferry with our luggage on the day of our departure. We will surely come back the Botanist again.

Just be aware that there are quite a few stairs to climb before you arrive, but the view is definitely worth it

Everything was excellent. The room was spotless, featuring a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom with a spacious shower tray, which stands out compared to other nearby accommodations. The view of the city and the port from a high vantage point was stunning. The host was exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful.

If u don't have a car, going up and down all those stairs to get to the main city will be quite tiresome, although very scenic and beautiful.

The balcony view, cleanliness and the hospitality. A complementary wine was given to us upon arrival.

The only downside was the walk back to our accommodation from Skopelos town, it's uphill all the way and there are a lot of steps. On the plus side, the walk down to Skopelos town is easy and delightful. You can grab a taxi from Skopelos port to take you back up to your accommodation if you have lots of shopping which makes it easier.

The room was very clean and the facilities were great - the room had everything we needed for our short stay. The shower was the best shower I had during my whole stay in Greece.
