There is no continental breakfast like they claim. And if you are for the first time in Athens you should know this side of Center it's full of homeless people and junkies and it's really dirty

Hotel got me pleasantly surprised by its modern, well-designed interiors. The decor is tasteful, and the rooms are both clean and comfortable, offering a relaxing atmosphere. The service was excellent—staff were attentive, professional, and always ready to help. From check-in to check-out, everything felt smooth and well-managed. Breakfast was in the next building, across the street. Simple and delicious food. While the hotel isn’t located in the trendiest part of town, it’s just a short walk to the nearest metro station, which made getting around easy and convenient. If you don’t mind being a bit outside the main tourist zones, this place offers great value and a peaceful stay.

It is really located in the worst part of city center, just behind the corner are drug adicts all over the street. Pay attention and at night, take a taxi. The breakfast is server in room and not everyone will appreciate the selection - which also is the same every day. Good is that you can give a call and have the breakfast delivered in 3 minutes, or ask for a takeaway if you are leaving soon.

not just this hotel but a general problem: toilets should have REAL doors: for obvious reasons: they should SEAL... and if for some reason they are not in the same room as the shower -I cannot understand yet why- at least have a toilet hand shower (πωποβρυσάκι) Had breakfast both in room and also in the place across the street where it is necessary to provide alternative beverages to just coffee, ex. tea, milk, cocoa, juice etc., btw the chef across the street was EXCELLENT

The hotel was as promised: elegant contemporary design, quite honest materials. The staff was young helpful and always pleasant. Bedside tables or -at least- a shelf would be welcome: some people wear glasses and most want to charge phones. Lighting in the bedroom/closet shelves was at below acceptable levels whereas at the adjoining wet space there was a lot of effort put in the whole light arrangement. A couple of extra spotlights in the false ceiling would be a cheap and helpful addition. Overall satisfied with our stay, I did not give a 10 because the small fixes needed are important and easy. Many thanks to the staff!

The location isn’t the best, but it’s close to nice areas and I’m sure that in a couple of years it’ll be exactly where you want to stay. The hotel is very new, but this also means it isn’t exactly finetuned yet. There’s no shower head, just a tube, looks cool, isn’t very great in reality. Climate can’t be controlled. Toilet has a transparant door that’s facing the bed, not exactly romantic. WiFi is useless. The hosting team is great however. They’re not available 24/7, but honestly who needs that. They’re wonderful, helpful, attentive, thoughtful. They knew I had my birthday coming up so send up a bottle of bubbles, a complete surprise. We overslept for breakfast one day, which was no problem at all. Breakfast is served in the room each morning, which is a very nice touch.

The bathroom layout in the apartment was not great at all. It had a small toilet with glass doors, separated from the shower area, offering no privacy. The shower and toilet were not divided from the rest of the room, so water from the shower spilled out into the living area. Additionally, there were two sinks — one for the kitchen and another, just a meter away, which served as the “bathroom” sink and was oddly placed in the middle of the room. This setup might not bother some people (especially if you're traveling alone), but for me, it’s a significant drawback and likely the reason I wouldn't book this hotel again.

I did not like that the breakfast was room service without even having a normal table to eat. Also, I would expect from a hotel like this that I can choose something. Also the hotel rooms look really nice but not well thought through. I don't understand the trend that the bathroom is within the hotel room. So every time someone goes to the toilet at night, the other one wakes up because of the light. Also, I don't understand why the hotel can't install a normal shower. Also, the design is nice but cheap as the first cupboard doors are already a bit loose. Everything looks really nice, but that's all.

The surrounding area is not the safest so one needs to be quite careful. The balcony door was broken and could not be sealed. We informed the reception by the time we entered the room, but 3 nights later nothing was done about it. Eventhough we stayed on the 4th floor and there was no danger, the cold air and the noise from outside could still get in our room. On top of that, the airconiditioning was set centrally to cold air, so there was actually no heating. The man in the reception kindly tried to change the setting and even brought a technician the second day, but the air in our room remained cold throughout our stay.

The hotel is new, with nice design and spacious rooms. We liked the breakfast that was served in the room and the free parking was very useful. The personnel is kind and communicative.

Its location is relatively far from the town centre, an easy 25-minute walk. However, a metro station is really close by.
