How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Parking was a challenge some times but we always ended up finding a spot. They have 3 or 4 reserved spots. But they were busy sometimes.
The twenty one is a charming. Every detail in this space showcases taste, elegance and comfort. The rooms are great, the staff are friendly and the overall experience was exceptional. The location is just in the heart of a walkable safe neighbourhood. With many boutiques and chain stores. So shopping was a delight. Many nice restaurants in the area not to mention the twenty one restaurant which is exceptional!! Each course of the dinner was to die for. A bit on the expensive side. But so worth it!

A gym would be fab
I've stayed here twice and will be back! I love the vibe in this small boutique hotel - the rooms have really nice decor, with high quality linens and towels. The breakfast is great and the restaurant is stellar. The garden/patio area is perfect to hang out in, and the staff is super friendly. The hotel is located in Kifisia, which is a really nice neighborhood with tons of shops and restaurants, very walkable and comfortable.

Loved absolutely everything! This is THE hotel to be in Athens. Far from the crowds of the city centre, perfect if you plan to see Athens far from the toruistic areas. I travelled for work, so I was not looking for tourism, and this hotel has been by far the best I have been in the city.

The water pressure in the shower was bad!
Although it is not located in the center of Athens, it is surrounded by a beautiful garden and trees, providing a lovely tranquil sanctuary if you are in need of relaxation. The breakfast room is beautiful, the staff quite friendly.

Everything was perfect with the aesthetics taking front seat. The ambience of the gardens, the service, the peace and quiet, the food and drinks, everything was absolutely amazing. The design of the room provides a sense of peace and easy luxury. The amenities were also top notch.

Room is a bit on the small side but so beautifully decorated and quiet too and pool is cute though at the front of the hotel not back so not as relaxing

Personally, I was surprised that for a boutique hotel that the front desk/check in staff was not very helpful or “warm” in personality. I needed help phoning a spa and the men seemed very confused and not helpful. This could be due to a language barrier, which I completely understand. The woman working in the evenings was helpful in assisting us in finding a tavern. We stayed at many hotels during our time in Greece and found the front desk people to be more friendly than this. The guy in the restaurant made up for it though :)
This hotel is beautiful, modern, super clean and charming. I love the tiled pool and the breakfast buffet was top notch. The man who works in the restaurant is SO kind and goes above and beyond— he will remember your order :) always a nice feeling. The rooms were incredible. Super clean and everything was perfectly appointment. I felt this was a great rate for what you get! This is a suburb so expect it to be quiet and obviously away from the hustle!

Our flight wasn't until the evening, and we checked out hours before departure. We got to keep our luggage at reception, but we weren't able to shower anywhere after checking out.
The Twenty One is a lovely hotel in the center of Kifisia. The hotel's restaurant serves great food - and the venue is gorgeous with a huge outside patio area with natural shade from trees. Beautiful space with very relaxing vibes. The rooms aren't huge, but they are very well equipped and nicely designed. We especially enjoyed the boutiqueness of small hotel, paired with a lovely atmosphere and excellent food + there's pool :)

Parking is slightly challenging.
