We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesBathrooms were small and with not defined showering space. This had to be spelled out - it was a very unpleasant surprise. There was air conditioning but the bedroom was out of the way to be reached by it.

GreeceThe worst accommodation experience – dangerous and unsuitable The house was dirty from the moment we arrived. The lower floor smelled strongly of mold. The towels had brown and red stains. When we asked for a change, we were told it was not provided. After two phone calls and insisting, they replaced them with clear contempt. Toilet paper: 6 people for 7 days – 2 rolls. Their “policy”? Only for the first 2 days (!). The bathrooms were a disaster: shower directly on the floor with no cubicle, drains that smell awful and don’t drain water, flooding that has rotted and swollen the wooden doors so they don’t close – meaning zero privacy. The toilet seat was broken. The house is dangerous: sharp corners everywhere, low ceilings on the stairs (easy to hit your head), chairs with missing screws (could have caused an accident), plastic chairs dirty, worn, and broken. In the downstairs bathroom, the bin had no pedal – you had to open it by hand, surrounded by standing water. Its not possible for two people to shower at the same time in the two bathrooms because the water pressure drops almost to a point of not having any water. Even though there are two bathrooms only one shower can be used at a time. The downstairs air conditioner did not work. The TV is purely decorative – no signal at all. Cracks in the walls. A bed so worn out you could feel the springs poking you. Personal belongings from other people found in drawers (e.g., nail scissors). 6 people – only one key. The main window had no insect screen. Apostolis, our first contact, was polite. Everyone else we dealt with was rude and disrespectful. All of the above, for the outrageous price of €280 per night. Conclusion: Dirty, dangerous, poorly maintained, with hostile service and a price tag that is nowhere near justified. Avoid at all costs. To sum up: It is not advised to book this apartment if: 1) you are a couple and you want privacy.
