RomaniaWhat a wonderful 4th stay here! Even better than the other 3 stays before! This is a piece of heaven, if not the whole heaven in a slice of happiness! But, but: mediocre breakfast, every year the same, the same, something should be impovred, changed for those who come every summer; food at the restaurants crazy expensive for what they provide; this summer it was a celebration of dog owners :( and it gave the whole resort an unfortunate pet craziness "vibe" :( this is such an oasis of elegance in which this aspect doesn't fit :(; stray dogs in the Agora area, on the terrace of Parafrasi restaurant while eating!! this is so unacceptable, we were being told by a waiter that it's something normal, "Navarino dogs", stray dogs, almost reaching your plate :( This is heaven itself, with everything it has to offer, and if it will always be possible, we will be back as long as we shall live, but even paradise has it's problems. Efharisto!

The breakfast buffet, the rooms, the comfort of the resort, the staff and how they are so helpful, the guest experience team are on point and make every aspect of your stay. Incredible, the pools and facilities are just amazing.

GreeceI believe the quality of the food is lower vs prior year. Last year at morias there was a bbq night, a fish night with people grilling outside live. Also this year the events at the grass for kids we're very poor. Last year there wasagic tolto and other events.
It is always a great destination for a family with kids. Staff were very polite and friendly. The room was at a great location close to the reception and morias.

GreeceThis is an excellent hotel with exceptional service for anyone who can afford the budget. The restaurants inside the resort are similarly quite expensive. They offer premium services.
This is an excellent resort that exceeded our expectations. The experience was the ultimate luxury vacations with children at the age of 2 and 5. I have booked our accommodation a while ago and when we arrived at the hotel, the super friendly staff informed us for a free upgrade so we received a private suite with pool and garden. We were also allowed to brought our nanny with us with minimum extra charge. The breakfast was unbelievable, being served until 11.00 am, the rooms were super cleaned and every aspect of this hotel, which is quite challenging considering the amount of children it attracts. Facilities again exceeded our expectations with a local Agora, 3 or 4 different pools, 5 plus different restaurants, an aqua and a kids club.

United KingdomFood in Parafaris was ghastly by any worldwide standards, and our waiter was obsequious . the sushi at Onuki is amateur - it was very poor and over expensive for what was being offered. Golf Buggies were driven too fast by members of staff without consideration for children & elderly on the same path . Some Members of staff think by speaking English quickly & gabbling, , is impressive but it isn’t. Their over confidence is greater than their capabilities.
The beach & hotel were fabulous. Rooms extremely luxurious and comfortable.

GreeceAlthough the our mattresses were absolutely comfortable, we would be happier to have had a double bed. The duvets were quite thick for the season, so we had them changed and got some really nice light summer blankets.
Amazing facilities, beautiful gardens, gorgeous room, spacious and with a sea view nice balcony, we loved the spa, very rich breakfast buffet and kind staff, especially the maids!

This was our second time in the resort for Easter. From the moment we arrived, the service at this hotel exceeded all expectations. The staff was warm, attentive, and incredibly professional—every interaction felt genuine and personalized. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and we were made to feel welcome right away. We attended all services during the Holy Week at the church of the resort. The highlight was the Easter celebrations with traditional dances, local treats and amazing food.
