We stayed here in August as a family of five with two adults and three teens. It was wonderful to all be in one unit instead of booking two rooms. When we first arrived, we called Anna, who kindly guided us and came out to meet us, saying, “It’s Greece, don’t worry and enjoy your holiday.” Thea is easy to find once you know it is right next to the Avocado restaurant in Imerovigli, with parking by the nearby souvenir market. Communication with Maria was also excellent through Booking.com messages and WhatsApp, which made everything very easy. Our apartment was a traditional cave home decorated with charming details: canvas ships, a stone stove remnant in the kitchen, traditional utensils, seashells by the hot tub, cacti and succulents, and cabanas with curtains for watching the view. The first floor had a queen bed, living room, mini kitchen, and bathroom; upstairs in the loft were a full and a twin mattress with low ceilings our teens loved. The bathroom was spacious with a luxurious cave shower that never ran out of hot water and had multiple modes including a cascading stream. Olive oil–based soap, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner were provided. The direct view of the Skaros rock, views of the caldera, Oia, the volcano, and Thirassia were unforgettable. The small pool was very instagrammable. I do not even do Instagram :) Breakfast on the terrace was a highlight, with sandwiches, croissants, yogurt, eggs in cups, jams, and fruit served in glass vases. The owners, Anna, her daughter Maria, Georgia, and their family, were wonderful. When my husband had a stiff neck, they brought us their grandmother’s cream. They also arranged a private boat at a fair price and offered to book a flying dress photoshoot. Their little dog was cute as a button. Imerovigli is quiet with spectacular views, close to restaurants and a market. It is ten minutes from Thira port and twenty from Oia by car.

We booked Thea Apartment after reading its good reviews. The experience of our stay exceeded our expectation. Every corner is picture-perfect! . Stunning view and scrumptious breakfast. The hosts are two friendly and lovely ladies! We will come back to stay again!

We came at the busiest time of year, but you wouldn’t know it. This property is absolutely peaceful and relaxing, and the sunset view is incredible! The views from the shared pool/lounge area are stunning all day and night in fact. The pool was large enough to accommodate our family - a must-have given the weather. The apartment was extremely nice and charming. My 6’3” teenage son had to learn to watch his head upstairs but it worked out just fine. The breakfast was yummy with a stunning view. Easy walk to restaurants, Fira, Firastefani, and right on the hiking trail to Oia. I would 100% stay here again-super relaxing.

We are just back from the Thea Apartments. If we could give them 7 stars we would. Everything was fantastic. The hosts couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. Breakfasts varied every day and were delicious with everything you could ask for, served on the terrace overlooking the SPECTACULAR view of the caldera. The apartment was perfect with a comfortable bed and great air conditioning and a great shower. There are plenty of wonderful restaurants minutes walk away and 2 mini supermarkets for all your needs. We will definitely return to Thea as soon as possible.

We loved everything about our stay at Thea Apartments. The view across the caldera is stunning and the terrace is ideal for sunset - equally, the terrace was breathtaking for breakfast. Maria and the team were so welcoming and helped us with recommendations, transfers and an early breakfast. The pool was also perfect and it’s a short walk to some shops and lovely restaurants in Imerovigli.

I cannot say enough great things about this apartment!!!! Fantastic central location in Imerovigli, walkable everywhere, the BEST view of the caldera sunsets, refreshing pool and special treats throughout our stay - wine at sunset, Ice cream in the middle of the day at the pool. The beds were super comfy, although the loft ceiling/bed was a little bit tight for my 6’ son :) Staff/owners went out of their way to make our stay special, and offered many conveniences like taking our bags early, and letting us stay past checkout time at the pool while waiting for our transfer to the port. Also super convenient access to the Fira/Oia walking path (maybe 20 steps away) and to hike Sparos. What a treat!!! Highly, highly recommend. I promise you will not be disappointed!

Rooms were specious, very well decorated. View from the balcony was breathtaking. We enjoyed the sunset every single evening. Breakfast was on time, delicious and different every day. Hosts are so polite and very hospitable. I highly recommend this property.

Everything about our stay at Thea Apartments was spectacular. The views are breathtaking. Apartments are super comfortable. The “hot” tub and pool were the perfect way to relax after a day of walking. Breakfast served on the balcony was 5 star. Anna was amazing. Always available to help with drivers or reservations or any other recommendations needed. In addition, several great restaurants within walking distance. Do not hesitate to book Thea Apartments!

Everything at Thea Apartments was fantastic! The location was stunning. The quaint atmosphere of the hotel was so charming. Rooms were comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast overlooking the Caldera was spectacular. Most notably was the warm customer service provided. No request was too much. From providing recommendations to arranging transportation. All is great. Nothing I did not like there. This is a place where I had my personal time. In silence. In solitude and in Sunset. I created a great memory in Thea Apartments. And I will keep coming back.

This place I MUST RECOMMEND to all review readers. Based on my experience (my first visit in fact) I felt lucky to have chosen this accommodation. VIEW - excellent. BREAKFAST - excellent. ROOM - excellent. As I am writing this review, I can't get over yet with the EXTRA ORDINARY experience I have with Thea Apartments. All the staff who assisted my are the family members themselves. Glad I met almost all of them. They were very kind and honest and accommodating. Thanks to Anna who offered to be my photographer during my arrival. She captured one of the best Instagrammable snaps I have in Santorini. I realized later that Thea has the best spot in Imerovigli because it is at the center of the Island. When you arrive at this place, you don't need to walk down nor up in the typical Santorini steps. Breakfast was excellent. I have lots of photos in my cellphone but can only upload them later to sustain my BEST IMPRESSIONS on Thea Apartments. Some of my belongings left in the room at Thea when I flew back to Canada in August were also sent to me a month later. That is how great and excellent the staff members of this apartment are. My Canadian friends are considering to visit this place in December.

The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious and well designed. Breakfast offered with a wide variety of food. The staff were super kind, friendly and helpful. The location is breathtaking and picturesque. 10mins drive from Airport, 5mins away from Centrum Fira where you can see cruises ships everyday. Both pools, normal and hut tub are functioning, clean and so relaxing. Everything that a guest/s would ask and expect is at this apartment. I highly recommend this for all who planned to go to Santorini.

Thea apartments is a genuine work of love. Kudos to dad Adonis, the designer of this breathtaking spot full of wonder! Far enough from the crowds but close to all amenities, the view is sensational and there’s nowhere else you’d rather be… Will miss gorgeous, smart Anna so much… grateful for her time and generosity -she made my stay pure bliss and marvel ♥️ And Georgia, her beautiful smile, laughter and warmth at breakfast. We had an amazing time here, it really is a brilliant find outside of the busyness of fira. When checking in we were given lots of info and recommendations about how to get around the island and places to eat. Anna and her family were so welcoming and kind, really making you feel at home. Nothing was too much trouble. Car rental is easily arranged through the reception, the car was dropped to us in the morning. The apartment was spotlessly clean with everything you could need available. The view from the caldera cannot be beat, our apartment was set back a little however our breakfast was set up each morning on the terrace which was breathtaking. The breakfast was a highlight for us, there wasn’t a choice each day however the set traditional option didn’t disappoint. The location is perfect, a 25 min walk to fira, directly opposite skaros rock, 5 min walk from the bus stop where you can easily get around the island by local bus. I’m a few minutes you are on the hiking trail to oía which is a 2.5 hour walk along the cliffs. This place is a dream and so glad we chose it for our stay in imerovigili.

All was perfect. Only one thing, personally for me the mattress was too hard, even though I like hard mattresses, but this one gave me a back pain. Other wise all was really perfect 10/10.

Breath taking view, good location in a small town, away from big crowd. Excellent breakfast, beautiful room and bathroom. Best hospitality and service. Really would love to come back and recommend to everyone.
