The best location for privacy and sunset view in Santorini. The most relaxing place to enjoy the view from private balcony over caldera with cruises in calm, blue water. The best ever service we have experienced in all our vacations till now. You got breakfast, rich and various every day, served with cheerful Maria at the door every morning. Good English speaking staff and they do all their efforts to make your stay in Santorini perfect. Thank you Anna for a warm welcome with all information and recommendations for where and what to do in Santorini. Thanks Maria for surprising me with breakfast and cakes at my door on my birthday. This is the best memories from Santorini. Thanks Anna for offering us wine and baklava free at the pool, and for being our photographer catching us with the sunset:-)

We stayed here in August as a family of five with two adults and three teens. It was wonderful to all be in one unit instead of booking two rooms. When we first arrived, we called Anna, who kindly guided us and came out to meet us, saying, “It’s Greece, don’t worry and enjoy your holiday.” Thea is easy to find once you know it is right next to the Avocado restaurant in Imerovigli, with parking by the nearby souvenir market. Communication with Maria was also excellent through Booking.com messages and WhatsApp, which made everything very easy. Our apartment was a traditional cave home decorated with charming details: canvas ships, a stone stove remnant in the kitchen, traditional utensils, seashells by the hot tub, cacti and succulents, and cabanas with curtains for watching the view. The first floor had a queen bed, living room, mini kitchen, and bathroom; upstairs in the loft were a full and a twin mattress with low ceilings our teens loved. The bathroom was spacious with a luxurious cave shower that never ran out of hot water and had multiple modes including a cascading stream. Olive oil–based soap, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner were provided. The direct view of the Skaros rock, views of the caldera, Oia, the volcano, and Thirassia were unforgettable. The small pool was very instagrammable. I do not even do Instagram :) Breakfast on the terrace was a highlight, with sandwiches, croissants, yogurt, eggs in cups, jams, and fruit served in glass vases. The owners, Anna, her daughter Maria, Georgia, and their family, were wonderful. When my husband had a stiff neck, they brought us their grandmother’s cream. They also arranged a private boat at a fair price and offered to book a flying dress photoshoot. Their little dog was cute as a button. Imerovigli is quiet with spectacular views, close to restaurants and a market. It is ten minutes from Thira port and twenty from Oia by car.

We booked Thea Apartment after reading its good reviews. The experience of our stay exceeded our expectation. Every corner is picture-perfect! . Stunning view and scrumptious breakfast. The hosts are two friendly and lovely ladies! We will come back to stay again!

Nothing at all

We came at the busiest time of year, but you wouldn’t know it. This property is absolutely peaceful and relaxing, and the sunset view is incredible! The views from the shared pool/lounge area are stunning all day and night in fact. The pool was large enough to accommodate our family - a must-have given the weather. The apartment was extremely nice and charming. My 6’3” teenage son had to learn to watch his head upstairs but it worked out just fine. The breakfast was yummy with a stunning view. Easy walk to restaurants, Fira, Firastefani, and right on the hiking trail to Oia. I would 100% stay here again-super relaxing.

We are just back from the Thea Apartments. If we could give them 7 stars we would. Everything was fantastic. The hosts couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. Breakfasts varied every day and were delicious with everything you could ask for, served on the terrace overlooking the SPECTACULAR view of the caldera. The apartment was perfect with a comfortable bed and great air conditioning and a great shower. There are plenty of wonderful restaurants minutes walk away and 2 mini supermarkets for all your needs. We will definitely return to Thea as soon as possible.

We loved everything about our stay at Thea Apartments. The view across the caldera is stunning and the terrace is ideal for sunset - equally, the terrace was breathtaking for breakfast. Maria and the team were so welcoming and helped us with recommendations, transfers and an early breakfast. The pool was also perfect and it’s a short walk to some shops and lovely restaurants in Imerovigli.

I cannot say enough great things about this apartment!!!! Fantastic central location in Imerovigli, walkable everywhere, the BEST view of the caldera sunsets, refreshing pool and special treats throughout our stay - wine at sunset, Ice cream in the middle of the day at the pool. The beds were super comfy, although the loft ceiling/bed was a little bit tight for my 6’ son :) Staff/owners went out of their way to make our stay special, and offered many conveniences like taking our bags early, and letting us stay past checkout time at the pool while waiting for our transfer to the port. Also super convenient access to the Fira/Oia walking path (maybe 20 steps away) and to hike Sparos. What a treat!!! Highly, highly recommend. I promise you will not be disappointed!

Rooms were specious, very well decorated. View from the balcony was breathtaking. We enjoyed the sunset every single evening. Breakfast was on time, delicious and different every day. Hosts are so polite and very hospitable. I highly recommend this property.

Great Location, Warm Hosts, and Comfortable Facilities I had a fantastic stay at Thea Apartments and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Location: The apartments is perfectly situated—it has a beautiful view. Hosts: The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive. From check-in to check-out, they went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. They gave great local recommendations and were always available for any questions. Facility: The apartment itself is spotless, modern, and very well maintained. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. The common areas, like the lounge and dining space, were cozy and inviting. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and everything was exactly as advertised. Overall, a wonderful experience. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

Everything about our stay at Thea Apartments was spectacular. The views are breathtaking. Apartments are super comfortable. The “hot” tub and pool were the perfect way to relax after a day of walking. Breakfast served on the balcony was 5 star. Anna was amazing. Always available to help with drivers or reservations or any other recommendations needed. In addition, several great restaurants within walking distance. Do not hesitate to book Thea Apartments!

The pool area was really peaceful and relaxing. Breakfast was brought to our balcony every morning, with a different assortment of tasty food each day. The staff were friendly and very accommodating - especially Georgia! :)

Breakfast overlooking the Caldera was spectacular. Most notably was the warm customer service provided. No request was too much. From providing recommendations to arranging transportation. Five stars, hands down. Loved our stay!
