Very comfortable and clean. Fully equipped

Nicely situated on top of Marmari Port. Just 4’ min walk. Sunset views

This is a beautiful place to stay. Very comfy and cozy, very clean, with beautiful view. The location is perfect, the hotel is very close to the center and the nearest beach is just a couple of minutes away. The staff is very nice and friendly. I am very satisfied and pleased with the stay in Thea hotel and I definitely recommend it! Looking forward to visit again!

Great property, great location right by the port/ferry on one side, and beaches like Kokkini on the other side, fantastic ocean and countryside views. Very clean property. Great amenities. Great maid service. Helpful and super friendly staff. I will be staying here again when visiting Marmari. And for the price its a great value!

The beds are not the best, hard.

I loved this hotel! It was my favourite stay of the entire trip! Dimitri and his sister made me feel most welcome! I was given an upgrade to a maisonette and wow I was in love with it! It’s a spotless hotel with all the amenities you need for a wonderful stay. The views were stunning! I could walk to a few beaches, many eateries, cafes, bars, shops etc. The location is ideal and quiet for a good night sleep. I would return again! I highly recommend this hotel 🥰

Everything was perfect!

- Good location in Marmari. - Clean and spatious rooms. - Nice and very friendly staff. Also the manager was very helpfull for offering advice for restaurants and beaches. - Good prices also per night. - All in all a very pleasant stay in Marmari.

Wonderful Hotel, great position up on the hill, amazing views from our balcony. Maria was delightful and very knowledgeable. Rooms and hotel were immaculate, best we have stayed in Greece. Wish we had stayed longer.

If we had to say, probably the smoking in the lobby! We are both non-smokers, so it bothered us. But, it is the same all over Greece, very unpleasant.

Very clean and spacious, modern decor and freshly painted rooms. Good facilities in the kitchenette, and it even had a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Lovely patio to sit and eat breakfast, or have drinks. Very close to the port, 5 mins walk or 200m.

There was noise from heavy goods vehicles passing by on the main road to Karystos. However it was quiet at night. The mattress was very firm.

Almost everything especially the sunset sea view, maisonette’s elegance, sun-beds, two baths and staff’s friendliness!

Bed mattress and pillows could be better

The hotel is very well maintained and nicely located just at the edge of Marmari, with nice view. There is lift and a very friendly reception. The studio was very big, clean and had all facilities.

The location and daily housekeeping. Property and room were clean

Not particularly kid-friendly. Got frowned upon for children crying at night, while at the same time, other guests stomped, showered, and flushed toilets above us at 4 am. Got nickled and dimed for a bed sheet that got scribbled on with a pen from the hotel lobby. 20 euros, which is probably what they pay for 5 bed sheets. Old furniture, stained dining chair seats, stained sofa etc. They should buy an upholstery cleaner with the 20 euro they charged me. Ridiculous.

The location, the excellent staff, the unique rooms. We will certainly try to come back.

Extremely clean, the staff made sure you are well informed about the area. The flat was very comfortable and well equipped. We had great sea view
