How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Theoni our host was incredible and looked after our family very well. The accommodation was comfortable, modern and clean. Theoni was always a text or phone call away for anything we needed.

Everything was perfect
Everything was perfect! Mrs Theoni was so welcoming and polite with us! The room was one of the cleanest and the most comfortable we have ever stayed! Fully equipped kitchen. It’s two minutes walk from the centre of Pyrgos village. I totally recommend!!!

The apartment was beautifully and simply furnished with lots of space. It has a really lovely terrace also. Very close to the bakery and the lovely restaurants in Pyrgos. I would really recommend.

We liked everything in this stay. The staff was fantastic and helped us with everything we needed, from upgrading our room, assisting renting a car and providing all information we asked. We had a wonderful family time there.

This is a beautifully decorated modern apartment close to the center of Prygos. It has everything you could need for a comfortable stay and Theoni the hostess is wonderful. She helped us with a transfer from the airport and arranged transport to the port when we were leaving. We even got to sample some of her beautiful home made cake. The room is cleaned every day and the kitchen is stocked with water and snacks. The attention to detail is excellent. I would highly recommend this accommodation.

Liked "everything".
The host was excellent, welcoming and friendly. The accommodation was without doubt the best we have ever stayed in. The attention to detail was 100%, bed was super comfortable and spotlessly clean. Towels changed daily. Complimentary home made cake and cold drinks left daily. We didn't want to leave. Definitely staying there if we visit Santorini again.

Theoni, the host was charming, friendly and very helpful, going out of her way to make our visit worry free. The accommodation was very tasteful, stylish and comfortable. The breakfasts were exquisite - beautifully presented, abundant and delicious. It was altogether a marvellous start to the holiday. There was nothing we didn’t like.

Very pleasant host. Replenished drinks in the fridge daily, including beer! Everything designed for a relaxing stay. Good outside area, with tables and chairs. Free cake provided on our first morning. Comfortable bed.

This room is fantastic! Theoni, our hostess was even better!!! She even arranged for pickup and drop off at the airport and port. The location is walking distance to the entire town. We were there for my birthday and will be back again.

The accommodation is fabulous. The apartment is modern, spacious, and very clean. Towels, Shampoo,... are provided. Coffee, tea and sweet snacks are always replenished. The breakfast is excellent; you can choose from five types of breakfasts. The owner takes great care of her guests and is available to answer all your questions. This vacation was a huge recreation.

Amazing, big, comfortable room with fantastic design, nice kitchen, big and comfortable bathroom, smart tv, fridge with beers and soft drinks free of charge (everyday refill!), a lot of sweets (including tasty cake) also everyday refill, cleaning everyday. On top of that fantastic location, in the centre of beautiful town Pyrgos. Easy parking. Totally fantastic place.

The apartment was spacious, very clean and had everything you need for a great holiday. Theoni was very helpful and friendly. The daily restock of water, sodas, beer and sweets was also a plus! The location is also a plus, is close to restaurants, a bakery, a bus stop and the center of Pyrgos.

This is on us, but keep in mind that the apartment is open living, no doors between the bedrooms.
I love our host. Her hospitality is outstanding. The beds are very comfortable. The apartment is very clean, and cute.
