Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The sofa bed was quite hard, even for the kids. It could benefit from having a mattress topper to soften it and protect it from the sofa.
Very clean and modern, convenient for a brief stay in Athens to see family nearby before going to the islands. Easy to have the parking.

Just consider renting a car, or calculate the costs for cab. Local company F.now is a reliable choice and also a cheap option.
Efi was a great host: she provided us with useful tips about restaurants, bars and places to visit too. The apartment was new and very clean. The sea view is also a plus, as well as the fact it is very quiet at night. We did not book the breakfast, but Efi let us coffee cups and water for us, very appreciated. We enjoyed having coffee on the terrace.

The apartment was really comfortable , clean and very convenience the location for enjoy the beaches around. Same time the owner was very polite and ready to help us. I can totally recommend it!

Very clean, fresh and new. Owner is very accommodated and responsive. It is about 10 minutes taxi ride down to the water and main part of town so a bit out-of-the-way but worth it for the quality and price point. Kelly

The studio is very nice, the only disadvantage is that it can be a bit further for walking from shops and restaurants
Nice new building, very clean, you can even see the sea from the window, although a bit further. Easy to reach the airport and Vougliameni by car

there is no sea view i was hoping to have a glass of wine and unwind enjoying the sea view it was not close to Vari down town area which was okay but i would like to walk on the promenade area without the sea view i feel was expensive at 80 euro the night

I could've used another pillow on the bed. Pretty much need a car to get around the area, which was fine for us but may be a problem for other people. However, the neighborhood and area is nice and driving a car was super easy. Taking the Metro into Athens City Center was easy once you got to the metro and the easiest Metro station is Koropi which is one stop away from airport. Not a problem, just have to drive there. The parking is easy.
The studio was super cute! The bathroom was nice and clean as was the entire studio. The unit was self contained and modern. Tons of storage and a lovely patio with a some sea view. It was a quiet area with parking space right below the door. The flight of steps to the sliding door was easy. The kitchen was pretty much brand new. The washer was a nice amenity so we could clean our clothes before our trip home. I was actually thinking what a nice little unit to live in if I was ever to downsize and move to Greece!!! Everything you need is there. Efi was there to let us in and there when we checked out. She was available for us, but we didn't need to call on her because the unit was perfect. There is a grocery store and vegetable stand less than a mile away. I would definitely stay here again and I miss it already

Nothing. Everything was great. Can"t think of a thing I would want to improve on.
We loved the beautifully appointed apartment that had all the comforts you need. Great bed and a hot powerful shower. It is located in a rural area but is very close to the coast and if you have a car it perfect as you can escape the hustle and bustle and have a fantastic sleep in your comfortable bed.

Buyer beware: Well, the title of the listing says "Rate Thelfi Luxury studio in Attica - close to varkiza beach - Sea view". For the Junior Studio, there is definitely not a Sea View. It's basically a basement stay in the back of the house. Luxury? No. Sea view? No. Disappointing, but lesson learned.
Nice and quiet space with lots of curious kittens roaming around and a couple of fruit trees. Comfortable bed, and the typical essentials for a budget stay....tea, coffee, etc. Good spot for a solo traveler just seeking a bed. Nice hosts.
