As I said, they let us use the swimming pool only up to 1:30 pm - we were leaving at that time any way. The thing is that we didn't use the pool at all beforehand, only during those hours from check out up to our departure. Another thing is, although they had a shower in the common toilet, they stressed out that we were not allowed to use it once we checked out. If we needed a shower when we had access to our room, we would use the one in our room, wouldn't we?

I enjoyed our staying, I liked the location, the hotel, the room and the pool. Reception staff was nice and everything was smooth. We could also leave the luggage after the check out in the dining room and they let us use the swimming pool up to 1:30 pm.

Great price for high season in Santorini - location is great, just 10 mins walk from the main bus station and closed to the city centre of Thira. The pool added the extra value and the staff was incredibly welcoming

Hairdryer really outdated, if you have a lot of hair pressing the button constantly is not ideal but overall good facilities.

You could quite well hear the sounds behind walls.

Quite near all the main Fira locations, everything was in a 5-15min walking distance. Cozy rooms - ours had a mini "cave" which led further below the main level. Staff knew decent English and was really helpful

Great pool area. Quiet location, but only 5-10 minutes walk to all the sights and action up the pretty alleyways. Some great rooms (some being refurbished). Well priced for Fira.

no shades for the window on the door so sunlight goes in early morning waking us up too soon. also in some our of the day the incoming light is too srtong and a bit disturbing. please put shades or a thick dark curtain.

Slightly noisy at times (especially early in the morning with the donkeys!) and shower/ensuite was very small.

No elevators nor someone to help you bring your suitcases upstairs. I have been noticing that it is quite common here in Europe , but recommend to keep that in mind if you are not able to carry heavy weight.

Nothing to complain. The transportation service to airport is a bit pricy (40 euro for 10min. drive), but it could be normal for the island.

The location was great, close to town center. The room is very clean and they clean the room every day. There is a pool and pool tables, we for sure made use of those. The staff in the hotel were also very kind, allow us to drop off our luggage when we arrived early, offer information.. very kind

The bathroom in our room needed renovation.

Very good location in the city center, close to the bus station. Nice and helpful staff at the reception. Nice swimming pool. Possibility to watch beautiful sunrises from the terrace. There was no problem leaving luggage before check-in and after check-out. I recommend it.
